In my case - I disassembled it up to the bolts, the issue is- water, that sprayers spray goes through the blinds and dumps to the drain(model without the drain pump). and there is not enough of water to make thick ice cubes. do you have video how those blinds should work , cause 10 years old icemaker works totally fine when I hold the blinds so the water doesn`t spill..or any ideas
My son had this unit installed in his bar area . I found the ''paddles or the water shutter assy not installed " it was in the bottom of the ice bin last time i was out . Is this something that can be installed remotely on a phone call?

Can the Sub-Zero UC-15 be installed anywhere? I'd like to put one in the garage! I'm also considering the MIM50 Maxx Ice 14 in. Freestanding Ice Maker with 25 lb Ice Storage!
@@SubZeroSpecialists Yes. House came with a 1998 632/S that's trucking along nicely so I've been trying to digest as many of your videos as possible and gather parts to keep that running. We just put in a set of the ID-30R refrigerator drawers for a Butler pantry and are still waiting on the under counter 15 with the pump. Going on about a year and a half for that one lol. I put in the inline filter on the water supply line for that. I just need to watch your video about bypassing the internal filter. Just curious if there's any other advice you might have. I've never owned an ice maker and I hear that they are somewhat temperamental.
@@jdr03272 if you bought a new machine then you should have the upgrades to the filter manifold. As with any ice machine follow the periodic cleaning instructions.

Stupid question probably but is there any harm in still using my prefilter upstream of the supply line to the ice maker? Presumably it would just prolong the life of the internal filter? Good morning, I repaired a subzero uc-15i ice maker. I changed the hot gas valve and the main control board, but it still has the original fault, which is that the ice does not release and remains in the evaporator. what will be the problem?
What’s your back pressure? What size are the cubes? It could be the sensor. I would suggest perusing the Tech-Help files on our website aaronsrefrigeration.com
HI, I have a same unit that is building up big chunk of ice on the corner of the ice cube mold preventing 4-6 of the ice cubes from dropping. Have you ever faced this kind of issues? I wish I could send you the pictures. Thanks for help!

I have this unit and it runs very HOT!!! the front is hot the lover area is hot to the touch and ice was melting and now it will not produce ic at all...... HELP. I am in vegas and no service techs here know anything all idiots
bet it was never repaired. Me and my buddy are the folks who figured it out and informed the factory. I dont openly share info, but I can tell you all they had to do was touch a single button

If the garage is heated in the winter you can use it there.
Recently large solid block of ice forming over the mold and parenting normal ice formation and causing machine to freeze up. What could cause that?
Hello Mr. Aaron! Does the bin inside the ice maker supposed to have water in it when operating?
Not normally. If water is built up you may have a clogged drain pipe or if you have a drain pump it may not be operating.

No it should make full size cubes, but check the cube size control.

You may have to call a service tech to reinstall the paddles but the video shows how to.

@@SubZeroSpecialists my low pressure 8 psi and high 100 psi when you open the hot gas valve goes up to 50 psi. which sensor are you referring to?

Haven’t seen that before but my guess would be one of the spray nozzles
Where can I get parts for the UC-15IP? They are not available from local appliance parts distributors.
You can only get subzero parts from subzero. Call 800-222-7820 ask for the number of the local parts distributor

Not enough information. What’s the back pressure? How much Refrigerant did you put in?
@@SubZeroSpecialists low pressure 2 psi high pressure 125 psi load it as machine spec says 5 oz.
@@luisarmandoreyes8662 Is there ice in the mold or if it’s not making ice your hot gas valve may be open.
