- I went to the capital city of El Salvador to explore what is referred to as one of the most dangerous cities in the world. What I found was a beautiful city with a rich culture, and wonderful people.
This vlog will start in Zona Rosa and extend to El Centro Historico and San Benito.
Damn man.. Im so jealous. I havent been back home in 18 years. I need to go back in 2022. Thank you for showing the great culture my mother country has. I appreciate it.

Sonic!!! Welcome to the channel and thank you so much for the compliment. El Salvador is beautiful… I’m thinking about going back or going to Medellin or Spain…. Decisions Decisions!!!
And they're racist towards Blacks and Afro Latinos. There is no Black and Brown partnership between the two.
El Salvador looks real chill. Blessings!!!
El Salvador was far more relaxed than I expected… The country is on the up and up… I hope more brothers get to experience this place.
Nice video. I was there during the civil war and there was no chance of walking through the markets, most certainly not El Centro. Glad to see you enjoyed your time there. Last time i was there was in 1995. I recognize all the places in your video and brings back memories. I will definitely day trip to Atlanta to go to Pollo Campero there, love me some PC
Thank you for your historical prospective… It’s encouraging to see the country turn itself around from those turbulent times. I’m happy to have brought you back for a brief moment. I think I will return before 2021 is over I really enjoyed it.

I go to a lot of places that average American considers "dangerous" which is funny because that's all they hear on TV. Majority of these places, especially in towns are safe in my opinion. Great video!
Exactly! 🔥🔥
My friend, in all countries there are dangerous places ... USA is one of the most dangerous ... but as always the poorest countries like Latin America are called that way because that is how it is convenient for them to have them ...
@@davidcejas2576 the only people who say that are the people close minded. I will go anywhere because I don’t believe everything that I hear. I have been to Brazil and Mexico which people say are “dangerous” and only encountered kind and welcoming people

Just got back from trying 3 chicken spots in El Salvador . Pollo campero , pollo campestre and Don pollo . Out of the three I think I loved Don Pollo the most . It wasn't fresh at the time it was sitting under a heat lamp in a cart on the side of the street . I felt that it was slightly less greasy but delicious . But I would say all three had a similar recipe .
Yes my brother!!! When I go back I have to try Don Pollo!!! What about the fries!?
@@KeenanLambert198 fries are pretty similar . McDonald's style fries kind of

Thank you fammm ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
I felt so bad when about 5 minutes in, he saw the guy from DC, and he asked him how he likes it here, and u could hear the pain when he said he got deported. It's sad what we do to those people who lived here their whole lives and because there parents had to go through literal hell to get here when they were a kid, they can't be a citizen. I'm married to a Salvadoran, and once you talk to people who don't look like you, you realize the world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. These people love America more than us , you have no idea the hell they go through to come here because they have a dream. I say we need to turn the system upside down to get change. I would rather have an immigrants for neighbors than my people
You must be a white liberal, Josh. I don't feel sorry for this guy. I've seen my Black middle class Washington, D.C. neighborhood turned into a Salvadorian ghetto. The same with my family living down in Durham, North Carolina. When illegals come here to the U.S. from places like El Salvador and Mexico, they tend to move into traditional Black neighborhoods. I am glad the guy was deported and I wish the U.S. Government would deport more illegal aliens from El Salvador and elsewhere.
Thank you my amigo for showing a little bit of El Salvador.
Hey, you skipped curtido( cabbage) when eating pupusas. Thank for visit my country 👍

I’m looking to visit El Salvador. I am looking for a place with very little to no Covid restrictions. How is it there? Thank you.
Welcome brother Kory. Thank you for the compliment. It’s exactly what you’re looking for… Little to no Covid restrictions and really inexpensive. People in El Salvador are very intentional about wearing masks and it has led to low Covid rates. To get into the country you need to bring your vaccination card or covid test results. The nightlife is good too! Most people aren’t masked at night though….

Yes! When are you going?!
I hope you stay there and take some of your racist people back home with you. Salvadorians are racist towards Black Americans and Afro Latinos. I speak Spanish and I've heard many racist comments made about Blacks in Washington, D.C. by Salvadorians and other Central Americans. My Afro Cuban friend and his brothers have had to put these racist in their place in Spanish. They were shocked to learn that we spoke and understood Spanish.

Hi there. Do you have an email or Instagram where I can ask you a few questions
Hi Jordean,
There seems to be a problem with IG… Are my DMs getting to you?
@@KeenanLambert198 hey yes I got your list but mine aren't going through to you
I just checked Rueters… There is a global outage.
13:22 A number of Salvadorians are so confused with bitcoin, thanks to the archaic political opposition that have used disinformation to confuse them because they’re paid by banks in El Salvador.
Thanks to bankers, oligarchs and old corrupt politicians the U.S. dollar was forced on us around 20 years ago, our currency was the Colon, but now that the status quo is being touched, those that imposed the dollar on us are angry.
For banks It’s not convenient for people to use bitcoins as an alternative to the U.S. dollar, either to conduct everyday transactions or to send money back to El Salvador as remittances since banks and companies like Western Union would lose a lot of money in fees (high fees usually) around $600 million to be exact.
Among the lies that certain political parties, banks have told people is that bitcoins will replace the U.S. dollar, others think that they’ll lose their bitcoins because of the volatility, big money in El Salvador has even gone to the extent to pay U.S. analyst just to scare people by saying that El Salvador will become a money laundering haven with bitcoin, as if we don’t know that big bank has laundered money for Mexican cartels.
Some of them don’t understand that the volatility is not a factor if those satoshis (fractions of bitcoins) are in a wallet, they actually think that if someone pays them $50 then if bitcoin goes down that those $50 are now $45 🙄
The truth is that bitcoin was already being used in two beach towns in El Salvador before it was considered being used as legal tender, bitcoin will be along side the dollar, so if you want to use dollars then you’ll be able to use dollars, and if you want to use bitcoins, then use bitcoins, that’s all it is.
Thank you for the prospective. I watched that RUclips video about the pilot project in those beach towns… Interested in doing a follow up piece in a year to see if it has trickled to the street level in San Salvador.
EY BRO YOU NEVER SAY THAT PEOPLES ARE SMALLER THAN USA THAT IS RUDE HOW ABOUT IF I SAY YOU ARE THE ONLY BLACK THERE AND YOUR ROOTS COME FROME AFRICA
My shoe size and shirt size were not readily available in the market… That tells me there is less demand and people are physically smaller. It’s not an insult, it’s an observation. I was definitely one of a few black people walking around… and yes my family has roots in Africa…. None of that is offensive to me… It’s all facts😬
Did you get paid for this ? Painting as nice such an horrible city it takes a lot
My brother Francesco, my experience in San Salvador was great. The people welcomed my presence and were kind. It was my goal to celebrate the rich culture of Salvadorans and possibly convince more tourists to go.
