So true. Seems like standard practice in the US. Cooking kills anything more effectively than washing. However, brining the chicken in a bowl of warm salted water for 15 minutes then thoroughly drying does make a huge difference to the texture and taste. Worth a try.

Working in the field of nutrition, it is a relief to see people in fitness adapt to a more holistic view of food/nutrition (e.g. ensuring sources of calcium, more vegetable variety). Good on you. I would hope, however, when people see nutrition as such an integral part of their livelihood, they would also adapt to learning recipies that are not...boring. Stews, soups, seasonings, different cuts of meat, legumes/pulses. But it is certainly nice to see that meals are not broccoli, rice and plain chicken breast. It is interesting to see that you adhere to six meals a day, no judgement, as it works for some. I personally prefer three, less meal prep (but larger, longer meal-times).
100% each person is different! I like 6 (5 and usually a snack) But that’s what I’m used to ! I know lots of people who do fasting or some people do 3-4

Glass is also better because warm foods will absorb tiny amounts of micro plastics which you of all people don't need that in your system with as hard as what you work at is even with perfect quality foods. The less plastic we consume, the better because 100% avoiding it may be counterproductive stress, so take proper solice for the fact that you use glass containers (maybe glass drinkware as well). Keep on keepin on!!

You might think you're handling the chicken safely (separate chopping boards, washing hands etc) but then be touching contaminated taps and surfaces after you've washed your hands, completely defeating the purpose.
Is it just me or do 6 pack abs unattractive on a woman? A flat stomach is nice, but I'm not feelin the 6 pack, it just looks to masculine for me, no disrespect to anyone.
