Ultimately I think it was Matchroom that changed things and the British Amateur funding because of team GB etc that fast-tracked things here. But Calzaghe in a period that was devoid of the best fighting the best....... showed the world how good he was handicapped because his hands were done.
It's good banter John was furious with him before wilder 2, but I think it's lighter hearted now, good to see. John knows Tyson would have dealt with him accordingly.

Personally I find it a bit boring. John Fury's relentless need for everyone to constantly give adulation to his son (above everyone else) gets rather tiresome. Put another way, John Fury is extremely hung up on "what people think" about his son - too much so in my view. David Haye is guilty of rambling a bit at times, but overall I find his insights to be fair and accurate - except with regards to Chisora of course. I find David's observations are technically right on the money, even if his predictions are often wrong!
Joshua will beat Fury nine times out of ten. He has too much power in both hands for Fury. Fury hasn't the power to bother or make Joshua respect him. So whenever that fight is made it will be Joshua by KO.

Reality check Who has Fury fought (With the exception of Klitschko) ? AJ has fought a much higher caliber of opponent than fury has. Fury has fought in his last 5 fights bums , cruiserweights , unheard of's , and arguably the worst heavyweight to ever hold a title in wilder who can't jab going backwards has no footwork and can't fight on the inside. Fury is an unproven champion because he's never defended a belt and truth be told he's worried about the AJ fight. Styles make fights and AJ is all wrong for fury.

It was a great fight ...but unfortunately it really damaged lacey...he ended up punch drunk and it was sad to see...but that's boxing.
