- Today’s a good day! Here’s an unboxing video of Springfield Armory’s 1911 Loaded... I just got it today from our local pawn shop and couldn’t wait a single minute to test this bad boy at the range! Wooshaaaa..

Man I wish they still had that pro mo going on. That’s quite the deal. Is that oil oozing out the the round count holes on your magazines? A little goes a long way with mags. Great video sir.

I remember getting the gear up with my XD. It was a pretty sweet value. The plastic holster and mag pouch are useless but everything else is pretty cool.

I just got one of these very lightly used for $600. The owner thought its was a low end mil spec Springfield. I started looking at it, its got front serrations, ambi slide release, better sights, skeletonized hammer, etc. Friggin score.
Lucky you! It’s a very reliable piece. So far I’ve shot close to 500 rounds and it ate all ammo I fed it, including steel and aluminum cased ones. All standard loads though. No +P yet.

Great review! On point on everything. I picked one of these up recently and have about 200 rounds through it and no issues either. The one thing i missed out on is that I didn't get the gear-up package. What extended mag are you using?
Extended mag from Wilson Combat.. Got them at Midway USA
Nice score on all the extras, I have a few Springfields, always thought they were a great value for the money. I'd like to get a Kimber because I don't have one in my collection but refuse because they only give you ONE mag with the gun. haha I'll stick with Springfield.

I just purchased the Ronin Operator 5"
If I remember it right there are some at 7, 10, and 15 yards. The farthest the targets can go is 25 yards but it’s not marked. I like the Ronin too... if they’re available at our local pawn shop, maybe I can have one, someday.. Thanks for your comment. 😊

How do they factory mags work? Are the reliable? I just purchased a TRP and am hesitant to use any mags but Wilson and Chip McCormick
BlackConservative they work fine, but I just use them for range visits. I carry with Wilson Combat mags...

LOL!! It's a good day. Just ordered my 1911 loaded. You paid 750. Here in commiefornia it's 1k for stainless. Parkerized: 950. I hope I get the bonus goodies, lol.

I wiill be getting mine in a couple days... It's funny to hear people say commiefornia and many other variations of California and Communism. Karl Marx, the father of communism advocated arming the working class.... Unfortunately when the NRA got wind that the Black Panther took up arms they lobbied then Republican governor of California Ronald Reagan to change the laws here in California... and of course he listened, unfortunately for California has gotten more strict with it's policy regarding 2A. Anyways, Like I said, I can't wait for my loaded 1911 .45 stainless steel so I can head to the range and see what it can do first hand! #SRA #LRA solidarity

I just stumbled on it while window shopping at our local pawn shop. I didn’t pre-order it.
I've got one brand new with about 15 mags original box and everything I will sell you. Bought it back in January of 2021. I've LITERALLY put 1 mag through it, cleaned it and it sits in my gunsafe. It has the night sights by trijicon as well as a pacmyer grip I put on it. It's a beautiful pistol.

It’s Springfield Armory 1911, Loaded. There are two models one is Stainless steel, this one is the Parkerized finish. It’s the “Loaded “ model..

Right! Instead of other manufacturers who only gives you one crappy magazine.. Springfield Armory do show their love for their customers by giving them all that little extra!

Love These My Only Complaint Is The Finish, Would Be Nice If They Used The Armory Kote, Why I Love My Range Officer Elite
I prefer stainless steel myself, but Parkerized is fine for carry... not too flashy and more concealable in the dark. 😉
Search the web on how to "season" parkerized finishes. It won't really change to appearance, but adds protection.

The fit on that extractor is terrible! The fact they can’t blend it to the rear of the slide is pretty sad.
I have no issues with mine. Try contacting their customer service and see if they can help and fix it for you.
@@EricBaltik I’m referring to how it sits proud of the slide at the rear, not the actual performance of the extractor. They are supposed to blend it flush with the rear of the slide. It looks like they skipped that step.
