Hi James, could you go deeper into maximum demand and diversity further than what the OSG etc says. For example imagine you have a community centre and you apply the diversity in on site guide, 100% of socket circuit then 50% of rest etc. it may be that the total maximum demand is still extremely high and way over what the building will use cause the full building may not be in use at one time etc. same with student accommodation. Are we allowed to apply any further diversity to the whole installation or db’s? Could you maybe do a Video on this Thanks
