I had all but forgotten all about this song until I heard it on the radio today. Such a beautiful song, I have a little girl she and this little boy have been close since preschool and still are. She is now in 4th grade and he is in 3rd, they talk about getting married one day when they're grown, how sweet it would be for these two to grow up and old together. This song made me think of them two when I heard it😊

I remember him taking a lot of abuse from dee-jays inferring he was gay, when gay wasn't cool. I don't know if he is or not and it matters not one iota. He was an amazing artist and never received the credit, or respect, he deserved. It was the same for McBride and The Ride.
