- From April 1994, in his first national TV appearance, Bryan White sings "Someone Else's Star". Glen Campbell helps introduce him, along with host Lorianne and guest co-host Bill Anderson.
He gave his heart, soul and vocal chords to C/W music. He finally blew his voice out after giving us hit after hit. Country music has forgotten him but I never will. There will never be another Bryan White. God bless you and your family fine sir.

@@juckimalOne can do irreparable damage to their vocal cords. Nodules, for example, can be surgically removed, but sometimes vocal paralysis or cord stiffness can result such that the voice never returns to its earlier glory.
I've had nodules and severe sinus issues, but luckily, even at 52 I was able to get them repaired.. not everyone is so lucky
Just saw him today! He is as good if not better now! He's amazing!
Now days no one gives good live performances like this. He's awesome

I met Bryan and his wife Erika at their home in Brentwood. They had a special request for my salsa from Texas. I knew nothing about him at the time. I think it's was why he and Erika were so relaxed in my presence. My wife and I were traveling to Gatlinburg. We knew Erika's parents and so they asked if we could make a stop by there because they loved my salsa. They are our friends now.

Here today 12/22/21 because I also just heard it on the Sue Thomas, FBI(Eye) Pilot Pt 2 rerun. I love that Sue Thomas series is being aired again. One of the best family feel good shows ever.

Is Brian White still around performing? Country music singers come and go so often! I wish the music business would keep some of these guys. I feel Brian White and some others not around anymore are more talented than some that have been around for years. Eg Garth Brooks (arg)

Bryan should be playing his guitar while singing the song but anyway he has a good voice.
Sucks that the guitarist has an out of tune guitar ... come on man...
He plays and writes even better than he sings. What really sucks is that on this show, Glen mentions that, but he's featured only singing. He's a bard, not a vocalist per se, and the format of this performance really didn't give him a chance to feature that.
