I grew up in Buffalo and I’ll be the first to say that the snowstorm they showed was just an average winter there. You should REALLY see the lake effect storms that can shut down the freeway! THOSE are impressive! 😉
I guess im randomly asking but does anyone know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account..? I somehow lost my account password. I would appreciate any help you can give me
@Crew Axl i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Great video Ventrac, I like the Ventrac ssv and the Ventrac 4500 snow blowers! When I am removing snow from a house when a snow bank gets to high and I have to remove it so I use the 4500 with the snow blower and shoot the snow into my dump trailer and haul it away it can handle a lot of snow at once!
I was the shovel guy too. When I win the lottery, the 4th thing I'm buying is a 4500 with a blade and blower. Too many cold mornings wishing I could just pilot a machine to do the same work
You definitely took it to the right spot that's for sure my daughter lives less than an hour north of Buffalo it's no joke but look how clean the blower did without the broom pretty damn amazing big thumbs-up you guys stay warm man👊👊👊👊👍👍👍 this equipment is the best of the best
@@ventrac it's funny you say that they bought a brand new truck and found out it wasn't four-wheel drive they were living in Georgia on the military base and they had to go to New York and third living the dream LOL 3/4 foot at a time you have to have equipment like this LOL👍👍👍👍👊👊👊👊
We have an older Ventrac single stage blower and in that kind of snow it works great, it will throw snow quite a few feet. Only problem it will not throw wet snow very good. Good quality machine.
There's something oddly satisfying about watching a snow blower clearing snow. Of course, it may have something to do with being a Southerner who's watching from his living room in South Carolina where it's 47 degrees outside.
I’ll need 3 of these for all the properties I manage during the winter an possibly some of the attachments ( snow blower, V plow , spreader & the 6ft mowing deck for summer& fall )
steiger 256 You can ever have too much power snow blowing ! However I find with my 31 hp the hardest snow to blow isn’t wet heavy snow, its compacted frozen/ thawed snow that’s been there for weeks.I think the 53 ft lbs of torque my engine has is about the limit of the B series belts use for the drop belt and blower belt. When working the blower hard belt life is definitely affected....about 100hrs was the average for the blower belt...Same belts on air cooled Kohler 25/27/30 hp last forever ,they just don’t have the power to hurt a property aligned and adjusted B belt .
I have a question, does the blower attachment have the capability to chop through hard, compressed snow and chunks of ice? The stuff that the plow leaves behind.
If it were possible to have a mid or rear broom setup in conjunction with a front snowblower the middle could have a couple smaller diameter counter rotating brushes that would be productive
Want to test your snowblower come to Northern Quebec and try it. We got more than 6 feet of accumulated snow and snow Banks that are higher than 12 feet in front of homes.
This is a great product. We use it to remove snow from lots of areas. I even take it up strip malls and work my way around pillars. This machine saves a lot of time and man power.
Hi Tom. We don't have a Ventrac option for a back blade but you can get our 4500 with a standard category 1 3-point hitch that will accept any universal attachment.
@@TCSkiFilms Sounds good, Tom! For what it's worth, we are aware of a bunch of customers of ours that are 1 or 2 man operations running exclusively Ventrac equipment and making a solid go of it. We don't have any insight into the business end of their operations though so we can't be much help suggesting anything - other than encouragement that others have done it and found it profitable and value added. Good luck either way!
@@ventrac that's good news. I am so sold on your ventrac and its versatility, quality etcetera etcetera. What I have found and didn't really expect is lots of RUclips videos on how to price, bid, get paid Etc. Very handy.
Ventrac, can you demonstrate the power rake on a sand trap that is compacted from water? Here in Oregon it gets bad with the traps getting matted and very hard to rake.
Any of our liquid cooled models, including gas do have heating capability. The only model that doesn't is the air-cooled gas engine, and that is because the heat is derived from the liquid cooling system.
I love watching videos on these machines but they so expensive that a simple home owner would be overspending for that 1 to 2 hours of work every 1 to 2 weeks and the attachments are also very pricey I wish there was an option for someone like me
@@Pantelifts10 and this is why things cost so much cause people will keep buying it the whole problem lol quit buying this over priced junk and prices drop
As a upstate New Yorker I appreciate you guys showing how it preforms in a proper snow storm. I approve 👍

I would recommend everblade heated wiper blades for anyone using these machines. Ice builds up on wiper blades when snowblowing.
Ben Halonen the cab is heated along with the windshield
I would put heated grid lines on all the glass.

An hour north of buffalo is in Canada. They don't get the lake effect snow that Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse do.
It's not quite an hour it's like 40 minutes north of buffalo on the military base you know what I'm talkin about and I get Hella Lake effect
yall should do longer vid like this, i really enjoyed it.

You should make a video of the snowblower clearing heavy wet snow. Nice work.
Not too many snow blowers can handle wet deep snow just remember that you can but you have to go really slow
This is buffalo. Thats all we get

There's something oddly satisfying about watching a snow blower clearing snow. Of course, it may have something to do with being a Southerner who's watching from his living room in South Carolina where it's 47 degrees outside.
It is because you only have to watch the work. You do not have to deal with any mechanical issues or the cold. LOL that is my theory.
Definitely a nice piece of equipment!!
Thank you!!

This is soo cool....
if I ever hit the Megabucks are the Mega Millions I'm going to buy one of those with every attachment that they have for it
Solid use of mega funds!
me too, and i live in florida
Time to take that broom to sweep some sand and palm fronds from the sidewalks of Key West!
That sounds like a wonderful idea! I could use a good tan 🌞😎

I want a Ventrac So bad! Becuase they are so tiny and compact! They work so well.
I would like to try one out.
Could not have picked a better place to show it tackle snow. The snow blower is very impressive. Tractor has plenty of power.

Heated cab nice. Does it have a rear wiper? Also, for summer applications, do you offer AC?
We do not offer AC at this time and there is not a rear wiper. I will pass the AC comment along to Aaron though!
Awesome equipment, I sure wish you made one a little smaller for the homeowner.
They do! It's called a ventrac SSV.

How much does the whole set up cost with the cab

It's so warm!!!!!
Clicked on it randomly not expecting you to come to my city
Maybe you will spot the Ventrac around your city now!
What’s the price on a set up like that with the cab and snowblower?
Around $30,000 bu worth every cent! Reliable for decades.

Kubota Gas
Is there an option for a back blade to pull snow away from garages , doorsteps and bottom of stairs to work with the snow blower at the same time?

It's a beast, but I can only afford maybe one tire. ;)
-31℃? With a historical minimum temperature of -28.9℃?! Hmm, curiously...
Does the snowblower have a slip clutch or shear bolts?
It is belt driven, so the belt can slip if anything binds up with the auger.
Yes Buffalo can get the brunt of weather.
What you all need to do is mount a jib to the front of the ventrac, use it as a chase car.
I went from mowing vids to leaf up to this
Is the cab easily removable?
Yes!
I would like to see repeated videos of you clearing my driveway between December 1 and March 1 2025. Let me know if we can make that work.
