Can fridge compressors operate continuously (or long enough to fill a tank) @Mr Norvuz? I think no.
They work with a refrigerant, say R134, not with air, which has very good heat transfer and specific heat. R134 has about 150KJ/KG specific heat, while air has 0.001KJ/KG. So much more air, about 150000 more, has to be circulated for the same amount of cooling down the compressor.
A lot of cheap consumer equipment (vacuum cleaners, fridges, anything with an AC motor) is rated only in duty cycle operation (20 mins on, 20 mins off) since they lack adequate cooling. And especially the dumb ones (without a VFD/inverter) use thermal switches - cutting the power to the compressor completely if it overheats - say it's summer and the fridge has to work harder.
@10:56 you disassembled a contactor, replaced the compressor's pcb and bypassed the thermal switch completely. So how do you thermally protect it?
What's the longest time you ran the compressor without overheating it?

A small capacity tank is better for this project for small short duration diy work , fridge compressor is not suitable for large tank filling,not cost effective, however could be used for cycle or two wheeler tyre inflating 😊
