Kanchanjangha exp chainpulling me nahi rukti to accident nahi hota, 1st low & order problam 2) signalfailuar me automatic sinaling system padhyati se absalute padhyati systam se train ka parichalan hona chahiye tha. 3) speed ,
Police ( WB), Cantroler , Driver, & rear Stn ke SM dosi hai.

Goods train ki loco pilot ki last 4 din night duty kar raha tha,aur subha duty time ye accident ho gaya,agar galti uski hai to ye bhi ek karan hai ki usse rest nahi mila.meye family mei 3,4 loco pilot hai. sabko 14 15 hours duty karne par pressure diya jata hai.
