But here this is British era rail corridors with make shift retrofitted automatic signaling. Therefore comparing HSR with this is not right. Sir main loco pilots Mai hun . Maximum time 12 to 15 ghanta kam karna padta hai. Aur hq rest 14 hrs. Milta. Ap chahe section mai 20 hrs v kijiye tab v apko hq rest 14 hrs milega.14 hrs Mai ap khana nahana aur family ko v time dena .
Mere hisab se agar loco pilots ko 8 hrs duty uske bad 16 hrs rest milega to accident kam ho sekta ha. Maximum loco Mai ac hin available nehi hai. Ac nehi hone ke bajse loco ke andar 56 to 58 temp ho jata hai. Isi temp mai mind v kam nehi karta hai.

Railway blames that driver is completely wrong way to cover their own mistakes. Where is anti collision device?? Only 2.25% track under kavach. Shame on railway minister. On 2nd June 2023 massive accident happened in balasore. Just after one year this accident happened. Reasons are same signal problem. Govt should take a lesson from that incident but govt is doing nothing here. Rail minister became reels minister.
Actual truth is As per the workmen union that drive drove trains continuously 4 days at night and 5th day morning that accident happened. Railway rules says that if a driver drove trains continuously 4 day then he or she has to be take rest at least 16 hours. But here next day morning he was forced to pickup that duty. Shame on management shame on railway recruitment board. Almost 3 lakhs job is vacant in Indian railway. I seriously appeal resignation of railway minister in this matter.

One of the several reasons is the train has a dedicated platform where it arrives daily - if you remember, the coolies will take your luggage to the exact platform and exact spot. So a train designated for PF1 has to wait on outer until PF1 is empty. It cannot go to other platforms even though they are empty.
There are lot of other things related to the p[atform because it is not just the passengers but the luggage that has to be loaded/unloaded from luggage vans. Also people cannot run from 1 platform to other at the last moment.

New Delhi station par Holi k time par last moment par train ka platform change Kara Gaya tha jiski wajah sae bhagdar macha aur bahut sae logon ki jaan chali gai thi.
