There's an other button, right bottom part that opens the cargo doors exclusively. The right top one is for cabin doors. If they are present on the remote of course.
What I did in the video is Im checking power from the key to the latch actuator, when I press the key to unlock, it should send power down to the latch actuator, to lock and unlock. The key is working and its sending power down to the lock but the latch actuator is going bad, it doesn't want to unlock. That means the actuator is bad.

Do you have the key in the ignition and turned to the "ON" position when testing for power at the connector?
