@@towada1066 they do that all over the world - the main difference, i think, is in how the Japanese prioritise cleaning up. a guy threw up at my bus stop a week ago outside the station. it's still there now. 🤢

Great video! That is a really expensive place to visit, so thank you for being able to go and show it off... it looks like it is worth every yen! Aomori seems to be a pretty lovely place to visit and I really enjoy how each area of Japan has local specialties and delicacies. I have always loved apples, specially ciders and deserts, so I would probably be in heaven. As for the cold... well for me, it is better than being pestered by bugs, so /I/ would take the trade off in a heart beat!! Thank you for your hard work on editing down that video, you must have had a ton of footage to go through!
An absolutely stunning locale and the food looked amazing. I’ve longed to visit Aomori but never had time. I think it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. My first thought in this video was Princess Ana has arrived 😉

This reminded me of times in Taroko Gorge in Taiwan though the temps would be considerably different and I didn't know of any natural springs. I watch all these enviously, now as I think my traveling days might be over since I acquired my disability and I always loved travel especially trains and just wandering a city with no plan. Please keep up the great work.

A great place to go hiking but I'm sure I've read that Aomori is a hotspot for bears. Is this true? Take care of yourself and have a wonderful weekend.
a great video the journey might be long but the views are amazing and you see the countryside hotel looks so good the food looks so yummy and delicious the apple ice cream hehe i would have that for starters and main and dessert i love plums but plums dont like my stomach what a very beautiful walk around the hotel it will be nice to walk along the gorge the outside would be perfect for 2 you could cuddle up keeping each other warm and have breakfast and listen to the water flowing
I came across your channel as I was looking for onsens to try when I'm in Japan in December. I love apples so I might stop by here after being in Hokkaido! I want to try as many onsens as I can while there!
My memories flushing back with this resort hotel and the beautiful Oirase I visited 7 years ago. I did something extraordinary at that time and rode a bike all the way from the hotel to Lake Towada and back! Since then I visited Japan many times and love to go back soon. Also proud to say that I can speak simple Japanese now😅
@@travelloveranna 若くないですよ😂it’s worth taking that bike trip particularly now I think e-bike is available to make it less physically demanding. I’d been to two other Hoshino resorts in Aomori but I have to say Oirase scenery is second to none (despite other two are great resorts as well….)

And when you departed Tokyo station, I definitely felt 'we are headed North'. These videos allow me to show my partner beautiful Japan, and to help convince her 'let's travel to Japan again'. Our last journey in 2013, apart from visiting friends in Kyushu, was to enjoy Onsen around Mt. Aso, and she absolutely loved that entire experience. While your videos allows me to show her many Onsen options, there is of course the fantastic service, delicious food and a just a sense that you are being treated like Royalty. Domo Arigato Gozaimashita.
This was absolutely gorgeous. The area looks a little like where I live in Western North Carolina, with the rivers & mountains. We have some nice color during the fall as well. But this resort is just AMAZING. Thank you for sharing.
Wow, $97 USD for a jacket? That's a lot! Love your videos!!! My husband loves hard cider, that's what we call apple cider with alcohol, in the US. Personally, I like apple cider without alcohol, hot or cold.

このホテル、星野リゾートに売却される以前に宿泊したことがあります。岡本太郎さんのオブジェは当時もありましたし、雰囲気は変わっていませんので懐かしいですね。
私は基本、寒い地方には寒い時に旅行しますし、暑い時は暑い地方に旅行しますので、こちらへお邪魔した季節は冬の観光オフシーズンでした。
静かで良かったです。観光オフシーズンだったせいか物凄くリーズナブルな金額で素晴らしい旅をしました。良い思い出になっています。
当時、こちらのグループホテルが青森の三沢にありましたが、そちらも星野リゾートさんが購入されたそうですね。

Yes, I heard of it but you should be okay as long as you are near the river. Usually they are in the mountains.

看大壁炉就知道是这家酒店 2019年初去日本时本来想去 但冬季穿梭巴士有段时间停运 加上在日本的时间比较短 从大阪赶过去太远坐车太久了 权衡再三没能去成😢现在我在中国 想出国很难～希望几年之内 我还能有机会再去日本 品那里的美食 看那里的美景 能够入住这家酒店～感谢up主的分享 有中文字幕太棒了❤
