  • Special ordered Guinea Hen for Two, enjoyed at Michelin 3-star Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris France in May 2013. Paired with a 2001 Château Rayas Châteauneuf du Pape Reserve. This was the finest bird I've ever had.
