@@maximovenancio6523 id much rather walk around in full ishvala,velkhana or savage dev gear than in yukimo, ciri or dragoon. Especially when so many of the armors are only just adequate unless you mix sets. Almost none of the layers are worth it except like 4 or if you mix it up and get creative. I had thought iceborne would make it so every armor set could be layered, like the old games.

I meeeaaaaan, the Splatoon haircuts for the Namielle sets are neat, but I was really hoping they'd also get the badass hood w/t glowing eye from the male set. That aside, Ishvalda B is my absolute favorite. I also have soft spots for the simpler sets like Kadachi and Kulu, I think both Brachydios sets are hilarious, and I love Savage Jho A for the Jho-Jo reference.
Namielle B does have a hood from what i can see, it's just not very noticeable

@@dylanthatcher4513 I kinda doubt that only because then there's two kulve sieges in mh. Only way I see that happening is that they cycle between the two. But anyways I hope they fix the problems with kulve.
I kinda hope we'll get Kulve without the relics. It'd be a shame if a majority of the best weapons in the game were just generic designs that you have to get lucky for again.
Sadly since there is no layered versions, 99% of these will never be worn anywhere except for guild card photos / photomode screenshots

I find myself in agreement with you. Speaking of layered armor sets, I discovered, to my dismay (although I could have overlooked something as I tried this), that when changing armor sets at camp during either a quest or expedition mode, if a layered armor set is worn while changing into, say, a Beotodus or Viper Toni set, that layered armor set IS AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED. I'm not joking... And this is regardless of Low, High or Master Rank.
I would be curious if anyone who's been playing for the first 24-72 hours has noticed this. Obviously a lot of players really love the new armor sets thus far and consider the previous layered armor sets to be an afterthought; but I have become very enamored with the High Rank Harvest/Autumn layered set. To each his/her own. :)
My faves in this video thus far are the Brachy Alpha and the Namielle armors. My gut feeling is that my female hunter is gonna look smoking hot in either one of these.
I'm still keeping my fingers crossed on the prospect of creating custom layered armor based on the existing sets via Iceborne's closest equivalent to transmorgification used in MHG Ultimate.
If it wasn't in iceborn launch i doubt it will happen

@@tastytaist9916 why not? Capcom added more customization options for your room. A request, Im willing to bet, made by no one (if there were, i doubt there numbers would surpass the numbers of people begging for a transmog system). Also other players can not enter your room, but they said they will add the option to invite other players to your room in a future patch. I doubt there will be no outcry for a transmog system of they dont add one before this.

I do believe its Arenas. Most Guild/workshop related armor and weapons use Arena Coins to craft so I'd start by looking there.
@@Gameshunter92 i did arena and the set i got was the one thag looks like underwear with a piece of armor over top, the black belt coin or something. maybe its a high rank
found it. yeah zinoger arena but you also need tigrex which you cant get till MR69.

FANTASTIC! I'm still messing around in high rank and I've been having issues with armor I've found too sexy and not enough awesome but I don't dislike any of these, at worst there are a few I'm just neutral on while all the others are awesome.

NOW they made the Mud- and Lavafish armors look good. Finally a reason to hunt both of them into extinction. My favourites are the new Vaal armor (go hunt monsters in a battle wedding dress^^), the Namile ones, the new Odo Beta and both Savage Jho sets (can´t wait to hunt the über murder pickle).
I think silver Rathalos alpha looks awesome, Rathalos m-rank armor already looks good but the silver especially on the "wing" parts is incredible. After that its probably Savage deviljho beta and namielle alpha.

Really liking the Clockwork Alpha & Deathgaron Beta. Also need to get my hand on that Uragaan set to match my Kjarr Hammer Gyre. 💞💞💞
Clockwork: You'll need Monster Slogbones (Barioth) and play the Steam Slot Machine for Tickets, but it has good slots and Agitator. Also, with any sort of sleep weapon/ ammo it is the go-to sleep bomber (Bombardier +5 with the set bonus: 3 pieces). Combine it with the Artisan set (from MR Tailrider Safari in at least the Elder's Recess) and get Status Crit (2 Artisan) with either/or Peak Performance and Ammo Up.
My Personal Favs:
1) BlackVeil Hazak (both)
2) Jyura (I love the gladiator style)
3) Brachydios Beta
4) Baan (Another great full plate armor)
5) Odogaron Beta
its just really sad that there will probably be non transmog feature for layered sets... but one can still dream.

How do you unlock the Guild Palace armor set? I can’t seem to find it
It's made with MR arena coins (from the Zinogre arena quest...good luck). It's the MR version of the Guild Cross armor, and quite frankly a testament to fashion > function.
You know whats even cooler then most armors in this video? The music! Can you share the music used? Seeing its a tds remix i doubt i will find it untouched on RUclips 😝

No, the armor will stay the same depending one what rank it is. Low and and high ranks armors will stay the same. Master rank armor will be different

I'm sorryi I'm a total noob I know. But a lot of these armors look different than they do when I play, the pukei and barroth as an example look nothing like how they look when I go to craft them. Is there a reason why? I haven't bought Iceborn yet if that has anything to do with it.

Wait till the upcoming event, it will include Guild Palace weapons and are like 4U Iron weapons but looking as majestic as their set does. The Greatsword and SnS looks very regal!

That's because that's the G Rank set, the model here is the High Rank variant used for Master Rank. I don't know why they thought this was a good idea.
