Those are opportunities to pray more earnestly to God for his blessings, mercy and grace to be upon them. To pray that by God's kindness, he may lead them to repent, and believe that nothing is impossible to God. I believe that someone or some people prayed unto God for me to lead me to repent.

No. I don't believe so. The origin of Halloween is about honoring the dead and way before, worshipping our ancestors. Do you think that we should celebrate the dead?
