Good info, but I'd suggest you kill the background music for the sake of clarity.

I just got one...it’s confusing. It doesn’t work like a typical noise gate.

Great stuff, man. I just subscribed. What is you gain staging like? I've read a lot of debates what level is better.

Thank you for subscribing, Zach! What do you mean by "gain staging"? My gain settings depend on the amp model, but generally I start with as much gain as possible that the amp is still tight and not harsh. If it is not enough gain, I usuall boost some mids around 800 hz. Like in this video: ruclips.net/video/NtMTBmScXSs/видео.html
      Hope that helps...Cheers!

@@DanielKraemerMusic Gain staging means how much gain is in each block. Like the levels of the input block, the levels in the “Setup” - the amount of gain in the drive block, amount of gain in the amp block, and so on.

Could you please also make a Noise Gate setting for Line6 Helix aswell?

I would like to do that, but I don't own the Helix :-(. I'd recommend to start with the attack rather fast (5-10 ms) and then just raise the threshhold until the floor noise disappears. Then raise it a little bit more (maybe 5-10 db) and try out, if your legato playing is still working.
