Great video chaps, food for thought for my local crucian lake. Also interesting information regarding identifying a “True” crucian as there are a few hybrids knocking about. Looking forward to EP 3
Personally, if I ever have access to quality crucian fishing, I would only be tempted to use self-hooking legering rigs in winter or to catch one if I had a run of blanks and couldn't hit bites on the float. It feels a bit like legering for grayling. Efficient, but soulless and therefore pointless.
Nice video. Well done. Cheers from Germany.

what size hooks did he use with an 8mm pop up?
Wanted to ask same question! I was thinking 12s or 14s at smallest
12-14s 👍
hay quá các anh ơi câu cá thật tuyệt vời ❤
The fight like heel, i don't unterstand why the most angler's fishing for carp. I use a light floatrod and worm as bait "oldshool" style!
Sorry, bolt rigs on Crucians or any Carp is entrapment, all that gear for a fish that tops out at 4lb is overkill.
I was thinking that. Bit of a joyless, industrial way of fishing. Three rods? Nah, not for me.
