Hi Vinnie. The drone that I use is the DJI Mini 2. This drone does NOT have any "Active Tracking" features so everything that I have filmed with it has been manual. There is a hack that can be done to the Mini 2 to enable Active tracking but I believe this is only available on android devices. Another thing to note on this is that the Mini 2 has no collision detection preventing it from crashing. Personally I would recommend the DJI Mini 3. It is the model up from mine and is still a sub 250g drone. From what I've seen online this drone does have Active Tracking Features that would work with tracking a car. Somewhere amongst all the chaos 😂. This is all of my drone footage from this years cruise. There was a couple of other people with drones up that night so if there was one filming you at some point and it's not in the video then it was probably one of them.
