Brah there is no way you're going to get a job as a HR in US unless you had a US MBA degree and are still currently there

U have to give either ielts or toefl because our primary language is not english but there is some chances of ielts waiver if u submit a letter from ur college that ur medium of instruction was in English only....

Sir , MBA colleges in usa , ask 3 to 5 years work experience before , and it is ,if he do any one two professional courses like cfa , CMA us , cpa or frm . Which will give him edge also he need to write exam before going .
