Hiya, yea it should do. I don't see why it wouldn't. I know that some payment processors don't work in some countries but you can connect so many different ones, there should be one that suits.

What is your best payment processor? I've had some issues and heard many horror stories from payment processors

And What have u found is the bets converting juhing traffic source for these types of products?
Hiya, in terms of payment processors I use Stripe and Paypal and haven't had any issues.
Any niche can be profitable as long as there is an audience around, but I stick with niches that I have experience in. Mainly because I like them, I can talk about them for ever and I have knowledge in those areas.
For traffic I use RUclips and Facebook groups are really great but it depends on how you like to work, some people like to do ads, blog, instagram.
So hard to focus on the information and follow what the speaker is saying, I tried 3x and then gave up. May I recommend doing some research in nuances and more. An Infomative tone is much different than the tone of chatting to your friend.

Why is it like etsy to open an account/shop in etsy and on this platform its much more like a high price fees and you need to pay it first before you can have an access.

That fee caught me off guard because I have had an account for years I didn’t have a fee for. I was going to create a new one but then seen the fees

Systeme.io doesn't require you to pay upfront, you can get a 100% free trial with access to as much as they can give you, that way you can start making money and when your ready you can upgrade.
