Keep in mind that Sam has very recently just won an Emmy. Instead of making the ad about his Emmy win (which a lot of people thought he would), he decided to let his son have the spotlight. Sam is a great father, and when it comes down to it, he is actually a really humble man.
Travis is an *Analysis Paralysis Demon* They are the player that will break the table's paralysis and get stuff started....one way or another. They serve a very needed role in the group dynamic as long they do it tactfully and for everyone's benefit not just because they lost patience. He is a good example of how to do it well.
I will always think back to Campaign 2 and him casting Fly to kick off the dragon battle against Gelidon. Whole party spent a good two minutes panicking and he just moved. Even said "Move or die."
@@UponThisAltar I always remember that moment. if he didn't do that then guarantee Giledon would have initiated that fight with a breath attack on the entire party and then the fight would have gone very differently.
I learnt this from DnD from second charecter. My first charecter was a wizard and the choice of spells etc and wanting to do something clever led to analysis paralysis. My second charecter was a swashbuckling rogue with hero background based somewhat on Gilderoy Lockhart thinks he's Inigo Montoya. He took the "flaw" of act first and just did it. Was so refreshing and learnt just when to push the button and when to let the rest of the group talk. It has really helped in real life too as sometimes work meetings can descend too and needs someone to pick it up

theres at least two now we know of, those who ally with the Imperium(?) and then this other one, thats massive news A few ideas The imperium are Ludinis's lackys, siding with him/his goals They could be infighting with how to approach these extra planear beings (Luds buds) Perhaps the imperium are hostle or using the Local Rylorans this doesnt even touch what cultures could be up there, entire groups of Rylorans
Indeed, I was under the assumption that all Reilorans were on Ludinus' side, which also made me think about that the ones that Imogen summon simply went back to the moon after the spell ended and reported to the bad guys. But, a fair point to raise is that not being aligned with Ludinus doesn't necessarily mean being against Predathos being released, considering their creator/creation relationship. Maybe some just don't trust Ludinus, which would be completely fair.

This would also explain why her mum didn't want her using her powers, because if a ryloran told her that her mum is an ally, then her cover would be blown?, maybe I'm just reading too far into this

The joy of dnd everywhere. My games the maps are accessible by all the players the moment they see them, the number of times players have had 1-2 weeks with the maps visible 24/7, and we get to the table and they all look at each other realising they did no prep lol.
They used to plan extensively in the earlier days when they were a live show on Thursday, they'd have a week in-between now it might be a day or it might be a month in between the shows shoots in one episode a while back marisha said something to Travis because he said something about having played the previous day.
@@NMXPnow they sometimes film back to back with a 'costume' change in between, or a couple days apart, depending on peoples schedules. Everything is pre-recorded now, it started during Covid and was easier to manage so it stayed. They made a couple jokes/comments alluding to the fact that it wasn't actually a week between episodes.

Either he'd have to imagine all other places as fake or imagine some warping or something to continue his flat Exandria theory.

Like the team just rolls such a high deception check that everyone in this encounter just sees a tent flying overhead and through the portal to Ruidus and their only response is "Welp there goes one of our tents. Dang it, now some of us are going to have sleep outside." OR even funnier one of the Paragon's Call looks to another and says, "Jerry I thought it was your job to make sure those tents are secure!" "I did make sure they were secure!" "Apparently not good enough!" and it just gets into a shouting match as Bells Hells just coast through unimpeded.
I’ve seen flying tents at Boy Scout camp outs, definitely didn’t require hurricane winds 😅 I can definitely picture some infantry in fighting after seeing it go up

I'm not a flat-earther by any mean, but I always wondered how "you see it from the space" argument was ever a thing. At that distance, Earth (or Exandria) could be a disk or a sphere, from the photos I saw it could be either, really. I mean, look at any sphere from a relative distance. Sure, you KNOW it's a sphere so there's a bit of bias already, but really look at it: Can you ever really see its spherical curvature? Not really. Look at the moon: Can you tell it's a sphere or does it look like a disk, from your eyes only? Again, not a flat-earther. Just pointing out the fact that the curvature of spheres is harder to observe to the naked eyes than we believe. A flat-earther probably looks at space photos of the Earth and sees a disk.

I'm not a flat-earther by any mean, but I always wondered how "you see it from the space" argument was ever a thing. At that distance, Earth (or Exandria) could be a disk or a sphere, from the photos I saw it could be either, really.
I mean, look at any sphere from a relative distance. Sure, you KNOW it's a sphere so there's a bit of bias already, but really look at it: Can you ever really see its spherical curvature? Not really. Look at the moon: Can you tell it's a sphere or does it look like a disk, from your eyes only?
Again, not a flat-earther. Just pointing out the fact that the curvature of spheres is harder to observe to the naked eyes than we believe. A flat-earther probably looks at space photos of the Earth and sees a disk.

Can't say more than that 'cause I don't know what those are, but that's my understanding of it.

Some, to be charitable some are "intellectually confrontational" who naturally question known science to further push us to study and understand more and not be complacent.
