Too bad the mission tree doesnt work properly, some missions I mean. For example, one mission is suppoesed to replace +10% maintanance cost from consecrsting a metropolitan to +10% tax modifier which would basically turn it from a net negative editc to a net possitive but it doesnt work. Also the mission "the fate of the peasentry" doesnt work either. Its supposed to provide additional modifier based on wether you picked serfdom or liberation but it doesnt do anything
Lookas your videos are a gift to the community. You have a style of play that’s a little different than a lot of the other creators, I always love to see you post another video.
With the russian empire reform, look at the texts when hovering over the progress bar as well. The one on the righ gives 10% CCR and dev cost reduction, the middle one give diplomatic reputation +1 and some improved relation, the one on the right gives 0.75 military tradition.
stop fighting battles unless you need to, and secure trade nodes and merchants from trade company's (most trade company's only need 1 state in each node to get a merchant if you set up trade company in the best state and the right buildings
My favorite opening for muscovy is influence and getting at least 9 to 10 vassal swarm because you can expand WAY more than your gov cap or admin mana. The I take admin and change to a lot direct expansion while still doing some vassals as Russia
Your Streltsy force limit dropped because when you leveled up, the new T1 gov reform doesn't include +20% streltsy like the previous Russia T1 reform. So you're only getting the 20% from the T5 reform. It definitely feels like an oversight to me because its the only thing that's not the same or better after you proclaim the Russian Empire.
With the russian principality, russian/ruthenian tsardom, russian federation, russian empire, and great russian federation reforms (all of which are tier 1 reform) you get to have 3 different government interraction. With the russian empire/great russian federation you need the progress bar for those interraction to be atleast 50 with max of 100, for the other reforms the progress need to be at 100 with max of 150. *yearly government power* affects how much progress you make for each of those 3 government interactions per year. The higher your yearly government power, the more frequently you get to engage in those interactions. Those interactions give some pretty good bonuses.
Russia is easily one of my favourite nations in eu4 especially since it’s updated mission tree. Plus your name is big on the map.

You dont need to humiliate any rivals, if you become big enough to not have any rivals, that will also fulfill the decision requirement

Ruthenia gets access to the same reforms as russia without having to complete any missions (unlike russia)
Ah yes the rise of the Russian bear 🇷🇺 🗿👌😎👍
There is a mod for mission tree that you recomend?
Yes, Europa Expanded. I think that's what it's called now. The creators had a falling out and split up.
