I have hit my threshold many time with burning out, but what I've seen that's created from doing that so many times, is that we begin to normalize the shitty feeling and we give a negative connotation to actually feeling good and normal because it feels like were not applying enough pressure to the business or whatever project were working on.

Burnout is no joke, but there are massive tools that most won't even consider due to their controversy. For me, I found my "secret" in psychedelics. NATURAL psychedelics, used in settings that are aligned with development and insight - which effectively "throw out the bath water". I do this about 2-3 times per year, depending on what I need, and then maintain it through conscious breaks with meditation, etc.
Our society today is so sickeningly focused on hustle and material gains that it actually removes the whole growth and mastery of attaining it in the first place. It's weird how we work as humans, but if we simply go back to the timeless lessons of our evolution, we are truly limitless.
Steve Jobs and many other icons found this secret, but for some reason, it's still a "secret"... I guess we simply don't know what we don't know...
Good video, brother. I think that you have something amazing waiting on your journey.

My burnout at university manifested itself in the form of a huge panic attack at a bus stop that then remained as Depersonalisation & Derealisation for about 3 to 4 months, worked so hard and pushed myself so far that I just hit a brick wall and learnt what can happen when you don't respect rest and recovery. Appreciate this video man big love X 👊💜💎

Charlie what do you think about david googins? You trial by fire vid, action stacking all those things were similar to his philosophy. I believe he works harder than anyone in this planet and its unhealthy but helps him find himself and reach self transcendce. His book was one of the reason i changed my life he is changing lives🤠

The editing with all the zoom cuts is really jarring.
Sorry I don’t mean to jump in here with negativity but it’s hard to watch (for me).
    Great content though as always!

If you want a zoom cut to be less obvious you should align the eyes of the subject in both clips. That way the consumer doesn’t need to be constantly jumping their eyes around the video multiple times a minute.
      Just a little tip 😊
