THC, Meditation, motivational videos, Hot baths, essential oils and Crystals are my saving Grace. I gained 20 pounds but that’s easy compared to being chained to a drug.
Divorce! I’m still going through it, but proud of myself for doing what is best for me and standing up for myself. It’s been a really difficult journey 💜

I ended a thirteen year relationship with a narcissist three years ago. In that time I have quit smoking cigarettes, started eating healthy, reversed several health problems and have started healing and actualizing myself. Through all this, I have fought for disability (and won), had to find safe places to live while holding myself to the highest standard. Spirit has had my back the whole way but it has been the biggest challenge of my life. Two weeks ago, I had a gender affirming surgery which I am currently recovering from. So much growth. So much work. I am thankful for your channel as it has helped me at several points to keep going. I am stronger than I have ever been and I attribute that to Source and self love. My greatest achievement of 2023 was leaving a toxic work environment even though I wasn't quite sure how the next step would line up. I ended up getting a job helping others learn steps of mindfulness and healing. I also took an art class and ended up having an art show in a gallery at Seattle Center.!

For me, 2023's goal/word was "value." - It was a year of learning what my self-worth and personal value are, what I value, how to value my time and energy, how to value my talents and so much more. All of it is now coming into 2024 with this year's words/goals being "action, bravery, self-confidence."
Last year I really embraced my healing journey... regained my independence after leaving an unhealthy relationship, left an unhealthy job atmosphere, worked with a therapist to refind myself and work through unhealthy thought patterns, and restrengthened my relationship with my son! I'm really glad this question cane up -I haven't stopped and looked at what I've accomplished... and, it's also good to know I wasn't fully alone on some of these battles (based on others reaponses)! ❤

Half way through last year I started a new job, left the place I'd been working in for about 18 years with horrible bosses who made our lives misery. I am 78 yrs young and a retired floral designer / florist. The last few years I have made some Christmas wreaths and sold them on Facebook marketplace. This year I wasn't going to do it as the arthritis in good hand is pretty bad. Anyway I decided to make a few to use some supplies. Once I got started I couldn't stop and really got into it! Then I heard my granddaughter and her husband business went up in flames from the place next door to them! They lost it all. A friend started a go fund me page for them. So then I knew I had to take my energy and make wreaths as a fund raiser for them! So I did just that! In 3 weeks I made about 25 24" wreaths that I sold for $30 each 20:28 and other arrangements. I had help from my realtor friend that posted them on her page ! I ended by send my granddaughter a check for $1000. For Christmas!
I am proud of myself for getting my college degree as an adult student, while simultaneously raising a child as a single parent, working 2 jobs, and very little support as I lived far from family and had few friends at this point in my life. I have been doing this work for myself and my ancestors for a long time now, and that is my purpose in this life.
So amazed at all the wonderful accomplishments everyone's commented about! 2023 was truly an incredible year for so many. For me, 2023's goal/word was "value." - It was a year of learning what my self-worth and personal value are, what I value, how to value my time and energy, how to value my talents and so much more. My greatest achievement in 2023 was fully severing from an abusive relationship and reclaiming my power.
Last year I really embraced my healing journey... regained my independence after leaving an unhealthy relationship, left an unhealthy job atmosphere, worked with a therapist to refind myself and work through unhealthy thought patterns, and restrengthened my relationship with my son! I'm really glad this question cane up -I haven't stopped and looked at what I've accomplished... and, it's also good to know I wasn't fully alone on some of these battles (based on others reaponses)! ❤
OMG-Aries rising-I just bought a house by the sea, a launch into a place with so much natural beauty, having the whole house renovated, and having a smooth, steady balanced ride through it all. An adventure into the unknown. A new home. 22 species of birds in my backyard. They already put me under a spell watching them.
Have my family back together. I was able to step up and be a good step mom and now finally my fiancee is home and we are moving forward all together ❤️

i had 2 big wins in 2023. The first was in september when I took bus for the first time in 31 years. This might seem strange to you, but I suffer form severe angziety and public transportation is one of the biggest fears. At the end of the year I was selling my homemade dreamcatchers on 2 different markeds, and got so much positive feedback from people and sold many of them. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤

Half way through last year I started a new job, left the place I'd been working in for about 18 years with horrible bosses who made our lives misery. I am 78 yrs young and a retired floral designer / florist. The last few years I have made some Christmas wreaths and sold them on Facebook marketplace. This year I wasn't going to do it as the arthritis in good hand is pretty bad. Anyway I decided to make a few to use some supplies. Once I got started I couldn't stop and really got into it! Then I heard my granddaughter and her husband business went up in flames from the place next door to them! They lost it all. A friend started a go fund me page for them. So then I knew I had to take my energy and make wreaths as a fund raiser for them! So I did just that! In 3 weeks I made about 25 24" wreaths that I sold for $30 each 20:28 and other arrangements. I had help from my realtor friend that posted them on her page ! I ended by send my granddaughter a check for $1000. For Christmas!
Working on me... 1 week drug free. Focusing on what I'm doing to occupy that time, in a positive vibe. Thanking the most high all of the time.❤🎉

I am proud of myself for getting my college degree as an adult student, while simultaneously raising a child as a single parent, working 2 jobs, and very little support as I lived far from family and had few friends at this point in my life. It been slow steady upward growth from an alcoholic based co-dependent dead self, to happy independent person. I recently moved across the country and can settle anywhere i wish to once I find the spot! I just don't know where to go. I can now be happy anywhere, but I don't really know what my ultimate location would even be like, except for there will be flowers!!! I wish I was confident on what I wanted to do.
