Hi Roos, you put the scientific name up on the screen in the beginning of this video, Monstera deliciosa variegata. Does that mean this is the large form of Monstera deliciosa? The way they’re growing small internodes and thickish stems seems indicative of that. I have a variegated “borsigiana” which is growing thin stems with long internodes. It looks totally different. Do you find that your form of the Monstera deliciosa variegata is now becoming more widely available in The Nethetlands?
Hey no this is a small form. Borsegiana is an old name for monstera deliciosa variegata small form btw. Mine grow a bit different because I give them so much light. I'm planning to make a video to explain the difference between the two soon 👌❤️ and no large form variegata is still hard to find in my experience
Perhaps because of your good conditions yours is growing so much better when compared to mine 🙈🤣 Mine has finally been repotted by yours truly after languishing in its tiny pot for 4 years… also not in the brightest of spots. No wonder it’s so miserable… 🙈 it’s growing a new leaf now, as well as being supported. So it’s on the up and up again! 😅💪💚

Volgens mij ben je Nederlands dus ik probeer het eerst zo! 😉
Ten eerste echt prachtige monstera! En ik vroeg me af waar die zakjes voor zijn en waar je ze kunt halen. Ik zie ze wel vaker bij planten kanalen maar weet nooit precies waar het voor is.
Dank je wel - wacht maar tot je mijn Ferry ziet, die is echt super mooi! De zakjes zijn vol goede beestjes (predatory mites) als preventie van en behandeling tegen bv thrips en spint. Werkt supergoed voor mij! Ik heb ze van Entocare.nl, die verkopen allerlei soorten goede beestjes en hebben veel info erover op hun site 👌
