I would like to point out that RageTrain spent 700 hours because he is Ironman, grounded out full jaded divan with h perfect gemstones, divans drill, and he spent like 2 weeks grinding a scatha. A normal player will not spend nearly 700 hours. It prob takes like 75 hrs to get hotm 7. Then 50 hours for powder. So that’s only like 125 hrs. At that point with some mining methods you could make like 30-40m/hr with good gear

The main point of the video is to show that in less than a week or around 30-40 hours of grinding you can make a very good amount per hour from mining. The majority of the player base recommends 200-300 hours of grinding to get to the late game stage of mining and I just wanted to push out some helpful information to the lower level player base because hyper maxed setups can be intimidating to grind for.

if you want to actually get into mining then you will have to powder grind way longer so i dont recomend getting jaded on your sorrow set just slowly upgrade from sorrow to jaded divan wit hthe topaz slot bc its already better than normal sorrow also mining speed can be better than fortune if you can reach the next threashold so keep that in mind very informing video keep up the good work

Crystal hallow mode I recommend. Sky tails map as it highlights important areas on map. I use sbe for waypoints and powder tracking. And neu for commission outline(the same as shown in the upper left of this video)
just a small question about pristine on the sorrow armor, the yog armor also has a universal slot where I can insert topaz so the yog armor would be better, right? or is it related to armor rarity?
you want to put pristine (topaz gems) on your yog armor asap. Sorrow has better base stats than the yog armor but doesnt come with the slots open so you use yog armor until you can unlock the full potential of sorrow armor and then put the gems from the yog armor on your sorrow

You can actually get over 8m/hr just sludge farming with the right setup for like 3m coins. Unless gemstone mining is really fun to you I don't see the point in doing this. Just do daily commissions until you got hotm7 then maybe start thinking about gemstones imho.
I might be forgetting something but if you want to sludge mine only for money you need to be able to insta mine hard stone with a jungle pick with compact and have the mole perk as high as possible, so armor only matters so you can intamine
@@lxaoen Jungle pick with compact, any mineral armor and as much fortune you can get with at least 1500 mining speed. You do need some dust for a good mole lvl, mining speed and some fortune. The fortune helps because mineral armor mines all the ores next to the hard stone you mine. You dont need a pet so level any pet you want with this unless you somehow have a scatha pet. The 8m+/hr is when you ignore treasure chests if that was not clear.

How do I get out of early/mid game I can one shot zealots but get like 1 eye per hour I cant get a enderman pet because of this I dont know anything about the slayer levels im zealuck 2 and the essence I need it ridiculous I use young dragon armor with aotd I have 5 million coins could anyone help me I have a sugar cane farm but it gets me like 140k to sell and I dont know how to farm it right
for every1 out there yog is better then sorrow and if u lvl it up its almost as good as maxed divan if u max ur yog + when u start ruby mining u could just go for a armadillo and make cobble platforms under the ruby and armadillo mine for way more profit if u have a good route
Yog has better mining speed than sorrow that’s it, you lose so much fortune there’s no point in using unless you do magma field mithril for mining exp. Plus if you’re gonna dillo mine why not just do sapphire

first, hotm is better to rush to 7 before anything else otherwise, its really garbage to do later since you wasted a lot of time doing any amount of powder grinding second, jaded on sorrow?? sorrow is good to get but not to jade mid game if you had the yog at that level, get the free 12 mil from getting leg rock and selling to george, then buy with that budget some mining related gear third, what about talis and equipment? ancient cloak, glowstone gauntlet and black belt any necklace works with the shiny prism its not that bad to get any of those especially if you get the rock money and they serve you far into the future of mining from id say mid to late fourth, this is the best mid game money making method? armadillo is probably one of the cheapest pets that can make you bucks on bucks with almost nothing and all you would focus is mining fortune and pristine nothing else which means the amount of powder required to get this amount of money per hour would be less and you wouldn't need to do as much work as manually mining correct me if im wrong but i do believe this video even though its good, isnt fully correct on guiding to the best most cost efficient and time reducing path

this is a huge help for someone in late game dungeon but mid game mining(definitely dont have a juju with 3/4 necrons)

Do not powder grind before hotm 7!!!! The powder buff was recently fixed! The grind will take much longer without this perk unlocked

I have quite a few mods but I think the one that effects the chests is your texture pack. I use furfsky reborn lmk if that helps

Dungeos will never be profit, yes at a high cata and skill(34 min) you can get 20-40m/h doing carries but otherwise dont do dungeons for money.

Rates gets very affected by the amount of powder u have, so you might just have less than him
Using picknimbus 2000’s are great for comms

i use SkyblockExtras only downside is that it's a paid mod, a free alternative is skytils which also works very well
