1:35 Remember to double-check if your wireless mouse if connected to the USB 3.0. My mouse was plugged to USB 2.0 and was all good till I installed synapse 4.
ive got the same problem my mouse unplug itselfs i take the battery out and put it back it starts working it happens every 20 minutes i did everything on ur video and it keeps happening
I'm running a Razer Naga for WoW and a Cobra Pro for other games. Cobra Pro all of a sudden wouldn't work, keep connecting and disconnecting - Had to reinstall synapse 3 instead to update the Cobra pro. Else the Cobra kept connecting and disconnecting within 2 seconds. Had uninstalled Synapse 3 because I ran Synapse 4 thinking it was an update. But "lost" a mouse doing so.
