It’s honestly secured me some good kills with the vault blocking AND the exit gate, I got someone who was t-bagging as I just wanted to hit them out the gate but then they couldn’t move due to the guard chasing them. All they had to say in endgame chat was “Good play sneaky Knight.”
That is a good play it's the same as deathslinger walking backward beside the exit gate so you don't see his stain and then flipping around and shooting you to rip you out the exit gate.
This is why you always just leave 😂 only times I stay behind is to make sure my teammates get out too, but if that killer walks at me bet your ass I’m leaving. I don’t mean to outstay my welcome good sir 😂

They should make it so if you stand or "taunt" on the edge of the gate for too long the entity blocks it. Almost like it's saying "I've had it with these kind of people hook them" it would only effect the offending player making it impossible for them to leave

And all you have to do is just stand still and point tech before the guard hits then instantly out due to being at the barrier, you won’t get picked up till your on the ground

I genuinely feel all killers need something like this basekit. Like, Myers going T3 should block all open exit gates for 40 seconds the moment it pops (duration of normal T3). Slinger should block the exitgate for whoever gets speared. Trapper should be able to block a gate by placing a trap nearby. Wraith should block it everytime he uncloaks nearby an exitgate. Just giving every single killer a way to deal with survivors who decide to remain in the game too long for no reason.

yep. it's encouraged. but im too busy guarding my devour hope with the jailor, so... typically I do a reverse loop where I send one ahead of the hook so by the time I leave the guard is there to delay them so I can go kick gens

I feel like allowing the killer to close the exit gates back should be a thing, but it's blocked for a couple of seconds so you can't just leave the gate open for your teamates across the map.
If you crouch she can’t hit you making looping with a pallet viable as you can duck under the pallet or around the thing holding the pallet up til she walks under then you can drop it on her. I’ve looped a huntress around a bush 💀 she wouldn’t pick a side and I could crouch to avoid hatchets

The addon prevented them from leaving, but didn't prevent them from surviving. Them panicking and moving away from the gate instead of point-teching and leaving once they're down and so out of chase is what stopped them from surviving.

When I was first time against him, I didn’t know to make distance and stayed at the pallet I predropped but he summoned a guard to destroy the pallet and I died… but now that I play knight I realize how easy it is to just move away when he’s summoning a guard
