Mutants, as I understand it, are definitely repurposed Animorphs. That head on Razor Claw is from an alien species of that franchise. I don't get why they chose to make this toy green, when dinosaurs could have been any color, really. I would have made him wolverine-colored and be done with it. I find the concept cool, but feel like they need more hidden robot "remnants" to work. There was at one point the intention to make beast triple changers, I think? But I can see why they dropped it, designing a toy that turns into two different animals AND a robot sounds insanely difficult!

The mutants are weird, but I love it. Transformers needs more non-robot modes.
