Alcohol metabolizes from your milk just like it does in your blood so if you wait 4 hours after you drink to pump, there won’t be any alcohol in your milk. I tested it this past weekend with alcohol/breastmilk test strips. I think it’s recommended to wait at least 2 hours but I did 4 just to be safe because I can’t stand dumping milk!

Hispanic culture is the same we take our kids everywhere. I have 2 kids a 4 month old and a 4 year old. I take them on vacation we've taken them to the gym, they travel with us, etc. Idk is something I see a lot. Therefore I never understand how parents don't take their kids anywhere and will vacation without them.....

This vacation looked so chill and relaxing but at the same time fun! I think it was perfect for you guys venturing out with your little one. It’s not easy…at least for me it isn’t. Had a baby during pandemic and just starting to venture out I’m like paranoid.. oh don’t touch that, oh don’t get too close to that, did I bring the hand sanitizer?!?! I was left traumatized with so many losses but God takes care of us. This made me want to go out to Vegas which BTW I’ve never been and I live so darn close 🙄 only me 🤣
