I think this kind of training for the inquisitors might have been inspired by Palpatine. Because let's not forget when he sent Vader back to mustafar with a partial handicap and with a sith assassin hot on his trail to teach Vader lesson
Darth Vader lost an arm to Dooku and the loss made him powerful and experienced enough to get revenge three years later. But then, his arrogance over his victory over Dooku and his introduction to the Dark Side made him forgot about this lesson, thinking he was now unbeatable. His even more crushing defeat on Mustafar made sure he would never forget again. This is why Darth Vader would likely beat his Anakin self in a duel, maybe even faster than Obi-Wan did.
Theres only a limited amount of comics that he can cover so its expected that he goes back with the same topic once in a while , i dont like it but thats the true.
"killing jedi is easy. you just run straight into their fortress, they walk up to you and say 'there are too many of them! what are we going to do?' and then you just kill them. I've killed dozens of jedi this way, I really don't see what the big deal is."
First rule of command, never question your superior, at best you can ask, but never outright disrespect a higher officer. Especially when you work for the bad guys.
Darth Vader's first attempt in taking on trainees in the ways of the force, the dark side at that. I loved your delivery "He wanted these students all to himself so he could teach them a valuable lesson from a true sith lord"
I feel like he may have taken a small page from revans book with that one. When Malak failed to be what a sith should be, unable to kill revan, He slashed off Malaks jaw as a lesson. A lesson in hate and loss. Malak hesitated when attacking revan, and that's why he failed. So revan made sure he would never hesitate again. Hard to forget a lost jaw.
According to episode 5 in tales of the jedi, he has a history of different/harsh teaching methods as Anakin, so it makes sense that he would get even harsher as Vader
Part of me does wonder, apart from Kenobi, or maybe Yoda, what mighty Jedi Vader, and the Emperor, were worried about the Inquisitors squaring off against? Granted, the Grand Inquisitor couldn't kill Ezra, and/or Kanaan, but he certainly beat them, ad a group even, multiple times. In the video games, most of the Inquisitors are boss monster-level, even against the likes of Cal Kestis, or Kanaan Jarus, so they seem like they'd do fine. I do sort of wish that there had been one who simply accepted, and even appreciated, being the servant; knowing his place, and enjoying having someone a ove him dealing with minutiae. I get that the Dark Side likes ambition, and maybe someone like Vader wouldn't even approve of someone who didn't strive to be the top, but one of my frequent RP character themes, of late, has been the one who acknowledges, accepts, and even appreciates being a tool; an implement of Chang, and of the vision of one who has grander ideas. Sort of like a D&D Cleric who KNOWS that they serve an immortal deity whom they'll never surpass, but they don't want to; their vision and ambition is to further those of that deity. Maybe that's part of why Legacy fit so well with me, as Krayts acolytes "knew their place", and saw him ad more of an idea to aspire to, and not a benchmark to surpass.
Imo I don’t think the Emperor was really worried about a singular Jedi but more so worried about the Jedi banding together to fight the empire. Jedi thrive in groups while Sith abide by the rule of two. Just think if the rebellion had multiple Jedi fighting the Empire together with Luke, then they would’ve probably won a lot sooner
@@youngrootv Its not necessarily the rule of two that strengthens their ability to play it more solitary more easily. Even seen in the old republic era, sith typically did things on their own while reluctantly having to play nice with others. it was why the rule of two was even created to begin with for them. Sith simply couldn't work together if it didn't align with their own agenda and they fought amongst themselves more times than not. regardless, its true in a sense that sith do thrive on their own better then a jedi would.
The way Vader trained the inquisitors is how Dooku left Anakin at the end of AOTC; being close to death with a chop off hand, never forgetting that loss.
I tried to use these advanced Vader teaching methods on my dog, now I don't have 2 fingers, an eye, a spleen, my left testicle or an intact back. Clearly, the Inquisitors will destroy the Jedi.
I never imagined the inquisitors were former Jedi. I was under the impression they were trained Sith from scratch, kind of like Darth Maul. It does explain how met their demise in the Star Wars Rebels series. I wonder if Reva underwent the same treatment. Anakin did go through those intimation trials, losing his arm twice, losing his beloved Padme and mother, giving into his anger and suffering heavy burns that required him to undergo cybernetics. What Vader does not consider is that he has gained nothing out of all of this, just more loss and suffering, his two children being the last things dear to him.
They should make a series of just the inquisitors, then going on missions etc with the end them hitting a rebel base with Vader or going on a Jedi hunt some trusting each other while others not caring who dies between them . This could be tweek a bit just a rough draft
Vader: Today we are going to do something different with your training. If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball. - Proceeds to Force throw his lightsabre at them Vader: Fools, first rule of Sith's there is no Wrench and there is no ball! :P LOL

Emperor Goog wouldn't have Inquisitors. Id be afraid they would join with the Guard and have a coup'de tat I understand their weaker but two groups perhaps 20,....30....? All force users to some degree. The Sun guard where able to hold their own with Mandalorians. Mandalorian were able to do extremely well against Jedi. To many numbers for me. Thinking about it Rey &Kylo had their hands full with 9. What would 30 or 40 be like with both groups.
In fairness the Mando's honed how to kill force users over many millennia. From using their beskar armor to turn the blades of Jedi surprising them, using verpine ballistic weapons that the Jedi couldn't deflect and using all encompassing flamethrowers. As well as alternating shot placement to force overreach. They were warriors with long traditions and hilariously the most accepting culture in the universe. Hell by the time of the clone wars alot of em were regretful of the genocides their forefathers had committed.
honestly it makes sense vader did this. to renounce what has already been taught sometimes they need to be broken out of their norm. i mean they all were former jedi but still fighting as if they didnt go to the dark side.
Being an angry Padawan was not enough to fully bring the power of the dark side... Pain and suffering, physical and mental are the starting point, that will bring hate and the desire of revenge against Vader, on the long run they will learn to focus that anger and resentment making them more efficient as welders of the dark side...
Obi Wan was his inspiration: He took his arm, his legs, his lungs, his skin. He took all those pieces of him and left him with his hate. Hate that he used as a weapon for almost 20 years.
Didn't realize feminine cleaning products were canon. Guess that makes sense.Though not quite sure how they were expected to recognized Darth Vader. I doubt they knew him intimately.
As messed up as this is, Vader is kinda right, these guys are former Jedi, they need to fully convert to the Dark side before being send out to do their mission, also now they will fear and somewhat respect Vader, you think he will dare disrespect or betray DV after he cut his arm off for simply not recognising him? I don't think so.
Its a Valid tecnique of teaching. Teach that defense is weak agaist the ofense by giving it more weight and consequence. Give them a reason to use anger, controlled anger on the enemy. Have you ever recieved a Bad Result at a test on School? The Method is almost the same, but more Brutal.
They darn sure couldnt out do someone like Maul or Ashoka. But then again they were both on Jedi Master level and trained by two of the most powerful force users and best duelist in the galaxy. The Inquisitors shouldnt be able to hold a candle to them.
I see a lot of comments about how everyone hated Vader but not as much as he hated himself. It makes even more sense then why Luke could turn him so easily with Love. Vader became so 'coddled' by darkness and hate that he all but forgot what love and light is. Many Siths are turned by the fear of losing something or someone, hate kept Vader alive just as much as his suit. Think of how Maul survived in clone wars. But that small glimpse of light, the love Luke showed his sister and the strength to not hate Vader is what drove Vader to kill the Emperor but Vader now Anakin again died not just by removing his helmet but also by letting go of the hate the very sith tactic that can prolong life. (the Vader suit might I add is also designed to be tortuous and create more hate)

Yes, yes he has…
Theres only a limited amount of comics that he can cover so its expected that he goes back with the same topic once in a while , i dont like it but thats the true.
“Loss.”
“Have you known loss, Lord Vader?”
“More than you know. My dick was burned off in a volcano.”
“I… I can’t imagine…”
“No. You can’t.”
"killing jedi is easy. you just run straight into their fortress, they walk up to you and say 'there are too many of them! what are we going to do?' and then you just kill them. I've killed dozens of jedi this way, I really don't see what the big deal is."
“Masters?”
*Vaders robot eyebrows furrow
First rule of command, never question your superior, at best you can ask, but never outright disrespect a higher officer. Especially when you work for the bad guys.
When you talk trash about the boss to their face while thinking you are talking to a co-worker.
Starkiller took these lessons a bit further though...Self inflicted torture. Made him the badass he became. Pain is an excellent teacher.
It seems teaching through pain and loss is a common teaching method. It makes me wonder what Sidious went through.
Darth Vader's first attempt in taking on trainees in the ways of the force, the dark side at that. I loved your delivery "He wanted these students all to himself so he could teach them a valuable lesson from a true sith lord"
3:22 why does vader look like he had a bad day and doesn't want to do anything else
5:27 damn losing his mom really did a number on him
"Strange name."
Sir, this is *Star Wars*
According to episode 5 in tales of the jedi, he has a history of different/harsh teaching methods as Anakin, so it makes sense that he would get even harsher as Vader
"You have failed me inquisitor"
"I missed the part where that's my problem..."
That time Vader did a 360 noscope while dancing off with the emperor (CANON)
Vader's torture was probably they closest they were gonna get to their sith sacrifice as they were all alone.
having this video in the background, I scournefully went "Mister Vader" xD
don’t ever disrespect Vader
Don’t ever disrespect Sith in general
Unless you're begging to die🤣
Those 2 unnamed inquisitors, who got killed by Vader, are literally only inquisitors, that would deserve their own show.
The way Vader trained the inquisitors is how Dooku left Anakin at the end of AOTC; being close to death with a chop off hand, never forgetting that loss.
if vader makes them lose everything short of their life. every other scar from that point on is nothing
Obi-wan inspired me when he chopped of my limbs and left me to burn in the lavas of Mustafar.
now say good bye to the 10 minutes youll never get back.
really changed the moment where cal kestis said "its time to set you free."
I tried to use these advanced Vader teaching methods on my dog, now I don't have 2 fingers, an eye, a spleen, my left testicle or an intact back.
Clearly, the Inquisitors will destroy the Jedi.
I never thought I would see darth vader with a DAM SHIELD! 3:48
Vader: I will try to be gentle, my master.
Palpatine: They used to be younglings.
Vader: ... Nevermind 😈
" He doubted they were good enough to go up against a JEDI SURVIVOR. " ... I see what you did there.
If they never forget the loss, then they will never forget the teaching.
Ive seen both halfs of this video, in multiple other videos
No one expected the sith inquisition
I never imagined the inquisitors were former Jedi. I was under the impression they were trained Sith from scratch, kind of like Darth Maul. It does explain how met their demise in the Star Wars Rebels series. I wonder if Reva underwent the same treatment. Anakin did go through those intimation trials, losing his arm twice, losing his beloved Padme and mother, giving into his anger and suffering heavy burns that required him to undergo cybernetics. What Vader does not consider is that he has gained nothing out of all of this, just more loss and suffering, his two children being the last things dear to him.
poor quisie pressed the "master" button
you never press the "master" button in front of vader.
Missed a golden opportunity to say wild bantha chase
They should make a series of just the inquisitors, then going on missions etc with the end them hitting a rebel base with Vader or going on a Jedi hunt some trusting each other while others not caring who dies between them . This could be tweek a bit just a rough draft
Well there is this « Accolytes » show coming soon so who knows
You'd swear they'd give them at least the names of their higher ups before sending them out.
Vader: Today we are going to do something different with your training. If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball.
- Proceeds to Force throw his lightsabre at them
Vader: Fools, first rule of Sith's there is no Wrench and there is no ball! :P LOL
It was a Efficient Effective Crash Coarse to learn loss and True Inner Rage !
2:44 I love how Vader helmet has more personality than Rey
For the love of the gods, i'm feeling like my video is on the loop, why are you repeating single grain of information for several times, i'm now thinking that i'm drowning in this water. I'm so rarely disliking videos about comics, you made exceptional work for making me do that to your video
Emperor Goog wouldn't have Inquisitors. Id be afraid they would join with the Guard and have a coup'de tat
I understand their weaker but two groups perhaps 20,....30....?
I now have a new respect for this earth Vader fellow
Kinda crazy how unknown Vader was and just how many Force Users survived makes me wonder if it was tge whole plan to let some live
The one who said that they only had one master wasn't even the one that had his arm cut off
Being an angry Padawan was not enough to fully bring the power of the dark side...
I doubt they knew him intimately.
darth sanitarius napkoon
As messed up as this is, Vader is kinda right, these guys are former Jedi, they need to fully convert to the Dark side before being send out to do their mission, also now they will fear and somewhat respect Vader, you think he will dare disrespect or betray DV after he cut his arm off for simply not recognising him? I don't think so.
the Grand Inquisitor got lucky
Vader never made him feel loss
cal kestis be like: ight imma head out
Its a Valid tecnique of teaching.
Honestly I agree with Vadors methods, I mean if we’re talking about making the most effective Jedi killers you CANNOT be soft
"Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition”
Vader made the Inquisitors feel something similar that he had experience when he was almost killed by Obi Wan > loss, hate, helplessness, etc.
I ain’t giving my opinion cause we all know no one here is brave enough to go tell Vader what we think 😂
Ah yes the classic star wars marking losing a arm or hand
Sixth brother should have taken the high ground...
Knights of Ren, Inquisitor knockoffs, imo
Sounds about right sidious is a sadistic narcissistic psychopath of course he would do this he gets off on it.
When Darth Vader and Grand Inquisitor see Seventh Sister and recognize her like the same specie of Luminara and Barriss, they decide to frees Barriss from prison.
bro learned it the hard way
Darth Vader seems to love chopping off hands.
Heh, at least he's got the arm right there, it's not like it fell in lava
*mentions how Vader tortured the inquesitors* what do you think of his teaching practices
tbh i don't think it's fair to say he tortured them; he dueled them viciously, he didn't strap them to a table and bring in the interrogation droids
@@CorvusCorone68 you don't need an integrator droid to torture someone
@@otter9300 true but it's an example of true torture, as opposed to beating them up
