I know some people hate it but I had fun, my heart was pumping because the fear Case was feeling is what they were using to control him. When I saw the zombies flashing into security, I had to pause and make some distance to observe them. Also, did anybody get all the phones in one shot? I only hit 4
The zombies and mannequins are pantheon affected by the cradle which which with case also inhaling it also starts tripping and seeing them as zombies, even when you listen to them zombies you can hear them say “case.” “Stop case.” Etc.
I thought it would be cool if the campaign actually tied into zombies like if Richthofen created the bio weapon originally funded by the us government in Kentucky then it got upgraded in the work the rage inducer and case was the only one that was immune to becoming a zombie but kept the traits of a “super soldier”
If you didn’t see someone die, assume they’re alive. always remember that, case and harrow are alive, just because she’s gone as a threat doesn’t mean she’s dead, remember Graves?
@@gurken_Funny thing about that, if you look at that guy’s bio in the multiplayer, his status says that he’s “inactive”. Same thing with Soap’s bio in MW3.
@@alkaligalactic4254 that’s kinda nice to see but it still made no sense to me that they returned him with a bullet mark in his head, they even shaved his head to make it more obvious
5:09 I think the point of the zombies (aside from saving on assets and referencing the other gamemode) is to symbolize what the Cradle is actually used for. I can’t remember if it’s before or after this mission but when we see the video of Harrow watching the demonstration of Cradle, it’s described to make people aggressive and spread through contact, which is essentially just a zombie virus
Man, I found this as tedious more than anything else. If I want to play zombies I would play zombies, The mannequins was the only fun/interesting thing.
I think it's the parts of the story to experience what the patient see or feel under the effect of the cradle to experience fear so they will eliminate that fear even tho it's not real
Case's and their sibling were the first test subjects with one of them getting injected with cradle and the other was given it as a gas. Case's thoughts reveal that cradle is in their veins and they used the gas to escape the facility
I love this mission so much, it could be made better if only there were less bosses to grind. Every couple years the fans get fatigued by the prevailing COD theme... WW2, futuristic, modern, etc.. New games that don't change up the formula gets trashed for not changing. Then they change up the formula into something fresh, and gets trashed for being too different. With this mission, we are seeing a beginning of a new iteration of the same rage cycle.
you do know Case can't tell anyone about the Cradle and the Pantheon even if he tried right??? he tried to tell woods about it but the voice in his head stopped him. Did you talked to everyone in the safehouse before going to each mission???? Case is alive but Harrow is definitely dead specially after Case inhaled the cradle? yea she is not surviving that
It doesn’t need to fit in.. it was a very creative way of squeezing in a fresh and original sci fi zombie concept. To me this creativity is a breath of fresh air. This is exactly what they needed to do
The mission is cool And also Adler worked at same facility 10 years ago when case was patient too so Adler could’ve done these experiments on case because the male mannequins looked exactly like him so Adler knows abt case what he can do
Alot of the story was cut and there are some in and out the studio who had a heavy hand in it as well as replacing it with the crappy diversion missions from what cod is The zombies mission is a main example as it was rushed together added story that hardly got any more mention. The rook was a lazy use, so as not to make nice-looking cut scenes and allowing better storytelling and introducing us to what our mission area will be like. We lost a lot of content in countries like Iraq, Kuwait, Somalia, Afghanistan, Russia and in the States. As originally the game was supposed to span a few years I do believe that the development time was there but the people running the show wanted to do this on a budget and make there money back in multiplayer
@ANX-ANX friend of a friend is all I'll say on that. But I can tell you that mission was originally supposed to follow on with in iraq not in the States. As sadam was originally featured at a hand over of the chemical weapons and you'd split into 2 teams from then on team 1 unearthing Jane Harrow and team 2 working to stop the chemical agents being used
I liked when COD games actually give enough of a shit to try and do something different. When MW2022 did those forced stealth missions where you had to find and craft items were some of the best missions I played but of course nobody liked it because all the want are mindless corridor shooters.
The game went from MGS5 to CONTROL in one mission
That’s what I’m saying
And RE8 VILLAGE DLC
ruclips.net/video/ty6eXV2mIG4/видео.htmlsi=Dt_alYreONx3m2oq
That felt EXACTLY like CONTROL. At first I kinda hated it… but I have to admit it was fun 😅
the mission was cool but creepy
Shit went from zombies to full on destiny boss fights 😂
I absolutely LOVED this mission. So much ambience and creepiness to it if you really take your time to explore like I did for all the phones
And did you notice they played the song from kino der toten when you are fighting one of the bosses
I know some people hate it but I had fun, my heart was pumping because the fear Case was feeling is what they were using to control him.

Hit em all on accident 😅
Just exploring (stalling really 😂)
this was the most scariest, annoying and frustrating mission of all if you played i in veteran
If activision gave them a chance treyarch could make some fire ass horror games
True, this solidifies my belief they need to make an Horror CoD spin off inspired by F.E.A.R.
It would be brilliant to see an entire horror-focused COD game one year!
I was trying to play the campaign at 3 and did not go to sleep that night
yea me either

In BO6 context, Case is America’s ultimate weapon
I enjoy your channel! Keep it up!
The mannaquins are a recurring theme related to broken arrow/ nuketown and nuketown is a common hub for cross cameo's and connections.

I just played this last night. I assumed the entire sequence was a hallucination.. including the phone calls and voice in his head.
I don't even think case was walking through that facility and the whole building was a hallucination and a memory of the actual facility
This episode came straight out of a doctor who episode; mainly the episode blink. Very good.
Blackops is meant to be crazy conspiracy theories. I think it fits.

Bro where is Saddam?
Where is Iraq?
They promoted the F out of Iraq and saddam and used just one asset (the palace)
The mission reminds me so much of poppy playtime with catnap and the red mist

Felt like some SCP stuff, I kinda want them to make a game about SCP
I really didn't like this level because it, like most all sci-fi, weirded me out. But I made it through it.
The gas mission genuinely made me shit my pants

Yeah I really wish we’d learnt more about how Adler was involved specifically!!
@ trueeee idk why they didn’t go down that route and explain it in the campaign
Black ops 3 flashbacks 😊
Personally I hated that you are *forced* to play a zombies theme

The shark has been jumped.
Case isn't dead. He was under the influence of the zombie gas when he "drowned". He will be back as a zombie boss I'm sure.
🤣🤣🤣
It’s not zombie gas it’s a hallucinogenic cryoagent, zombies is just what case started tripping
@@Jacob-fisher ah I see. Got a source that says it doesn't create zombies? Everything I saw, says it does.

The cradle is similar to zombies but the people just become more aggressive like zombies

They went to Scp lmao
It was awful and I hated it
