The veins are showing that you do the wrong movement, otherwise it would not go across all the tendons. It would go straight in line from the spine to the nails.
I’m going to implement this in my daily routine!! I’m 51 yrs old Been training for 7 yrs My diet is dialed in ( 80% of the time) I’m all natural- ppl think I’m in my 30’s 12pack on deck I train my legs 3 times a week .. what you just showed me Is my next add on to my routine! Mad respect from Chicago 💯✊🏿
I can't thank you enough. I saw the video 4 weeks ago and was completely untrained. But I could do it all once. Now that I'm 50 years old and 30 kilos overweight, which I put on during my MBA by sitting a lot and getting into the habit of bad eating habits, I just wanted to try again. I did all this every day in my kitchen, standing at the work surface. I only managed 3 to 4 repetitions of one set. I did it every day. By the 2nd day I could do 4 to 6 repetitions. On the 4th day, I could do 10 repetitions of all exercises except the pike pushups. I was sweating like an animal, but I didn't give up. The next day I tried everything on the floor on my knees. Women's pushups. I only managed 2-3 each time. But I didn't give up. Then the next day I managed 5 repetitions of all the exercises on my knees. after 4 days I managed 10 repetitions. Then I tried real pushups. It didn't get any easier, but I persevered. Result - after I could do all the versions shown here, I tried legs on the chair. It took 10 days, but since 5 days I can do all the exercises with my feet on the chair. It's still hard, but it feels great, and my chest and upper arms have become really firm. THANK YOU!!! Now I'm expanding to shoulders, arms and legs. Stay Focused is my motto. I've noticed how sport helps me to become stronger-willed while building up my business, and to persevere in tough times. It is super exhausting and it takes effort to train every time because it only gets easier slowly, but I keep at it because I believe that sport and success shape the mind to achieve success and also to become and remain strong-willed. You show your own mind that you can do it and it remembers that and then you believe in yourself. I'm really grateful for the video! It shows me once again that you can achieve anything if you just want to. I now do the program twice a week in 2 splits. Chest (like here in the video with the legs on the chair) and triceps and shoulders and abs (Mondays, Thursdays) and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I do back, biceps and legs. On Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, I go for a walk or do something else. The good thing is that I haven't had any elbow pain as usual. Or tendon pain or sore muscles. And still this enormous increase in strength. It's really great. Thank you very much. I weighed 120 kg 4 weeks ago. Now only 116 kg after 4 weeks. All without pain, but a lot of sweat. And as a reward I am already being asked by friends whether I have razor blades under my arms because they can see that something is changing :-) Thank you very much for the video and your channel! When I bring out my first collection of sportswear soon, I'll send you something - as a "Thank You"!
I do all except the last one, which I just tried and found it pretty hard to perform, but I’ll get used to it with practice. Major salute to you brother.
Thank you for the video I'm 58 and this work is the best for when I'm at home and cant hit the gym or when I'm on the road my chest feels great please keep the videos coming
Having low testosterone is something we dont pay much attention to, but it is the reason why our motivation is low and progress is slow, I found great ways to improve my test levels in this book, it helped me out and now im on my journey to become a better man The book that Im talking about is "You are stronger than you think" from Borlest
I'm 58 and still pushing down on the earth every day . Few of these are new to me , I'll give them a try . Thanks guys, keep after it! It's never the equipment . It's the man or woman and how much they want it .
Cool but a couple comments. 1. Flaring the shoulders out is really hard on your shoulders and will end up being a problem. 2. Definitely don't do this every day because your muscle growth is going to come from the recovery process, not during the repetitive microtrauma that the exercise causes.
Very cool, a few more points. 1) Flaring will not cause issues if you hang and do enough pullups/chins to keep the shoulders healthy. 2) If you don't go to failure and or are not very strong. For instance a beginner or young, then everyday is possible with the right food and sleep.
@@D.-NeverGoBack- If we are watching vids of men into fitness then why wouldn't one be interested in full body development my boy? If you're here then should I ask you why are you concerned with a mans upper body?
