Kris. I started crying when you were talking about EDs. I binged as a teenager, had anorexia in my early 20s, and that changed to orthorexia that I still struggle with now at almost 29. Thank you so much for being so kind and spreading positivity even when people like me feel so down and dark. You're such a wonderful light on this corner of the Internet.
So glad to hear you're still with us. One day at a time. We humans make food far more complicated than it should be. My personal struggle is with overeating and being fat in general. I have yo-yo dieted since I was a pre-teen. I recently hit a top number on the scales at the age of 48 - I'm 49 now and 50 pounds lighter and working toward becoming "normal sized." I still have a long way to go and am working with my doctors.
I know how you feel I struggle with binge eating disorder and it’s hard because people say oh it’s just an excuse just eat less that’s not a disorder etc

Confession: I used to hide food as a kid, like under my bed or pillows and sneak soda/food when everyone was sleeping, I was an obese kid, still am as an adult. My uncle brought this up in front of my boyfriend, basically making fun of me but it was so embarrassing, that was 6yrs ago and I still think about it to this day and am currently in therapy for different things that uncle would say to me when I was a kid
I am sorry you had to go through that. I completely understand how you feel. I have always been obese, and always struggled with binge eating, so I know.

@@3K2-k3m That's a very good point! There are a lot of things that aren't covered by insurance and it's really terrible getting surprised with the bill afterwards when you find out you're responsible for something. If it's in the US especially, it's extremely expensive for medical care, medications and equipment. It's not a big secret why so many people in the US don't go to the doctor or don't have insurance.
Thank you so much for this video, I have been having a rough week and really just been uncomfortable with how I look lately but this really helped to pull me out of the slouch to hear it from somebody other than myself. Thanks you so much ❤️❤️

13:29 this genuinely made me feel loved. I’ve been struggling with eating lately and the only person who noticed was my mom. But she just guy really mad at me. We love you Kris❤
So, I love going under. You never know what kind of me you get when I come out. I may forget speaking English, or I may completely forget my name and as a nurse who wakes me up what my name is very gently in basically childs voice. I also try to ask if they need hep with other patients, why I basically cant move because my feet are still are asleep. I basically become a mischief gremlin who wants to do stuff and start calling people just to say hi and send them GIFs and random meems.
When my brother was maybe 4 or 5 he FOUGHT the nurses who were just trying to give him his vaccine. He writhed around and slapped the needle right after it made contact with his skin, which tore his skin and caused the needle to go into the skin of one of the nurses and she had to be rushed to the ER (shared needles or whatever). I was in the room with him and I was shocked.
I always love watching your videos! It especially leaves me comforted seeing how far you have come since I began watching this channel because I feel like we’ve both grown so much ❤ this is coming from an anxiety ridden, used to have an ed girl who still uses humor to cope, so we have a lot in common- thanks for managing to describe what so many of us go through! Feeling sick AF and don't wanna get outta bed so thanks for the early upload to distract me from it. I appreciate you Kris and hope you have a good rest of your day.
Kris: go get a snack
me: has food before she even finishes that sentence.
I was aLready eating too 😂
6:34 started sounding like Jennifer Coolidge there and it just fit, but didn't. 😂
Just love everything kris does, how she can be funny and serious at the same time and take care of everybody
I love your channel and I’ve been watching you for two years. You’ve been my inspiration for so many things and you’re my favourite content creator❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊

I couldn't fall asleep because I'm nervous for time trials in track and she calmed me down immediately. Ty❤
LMFAOOOO "he can go in me" that made me loose it 🤣🤣🤣
the fact that the singing intro was the *exact* thing I needed to hear to put a smile on my face today was the best thing in a while.
I’m ngl I started bawling at 13:17 you rlly are the best Kris
So, I love going under. You never know what kind of me you get when I come out. I may forget speaking English, or I may completely forget my name and as a nurse who wakes me up what my name is very gently in basically childs voice. I also try to ask if they need hep with other patients, why I basically cant move because my feet are still are asleep. I basically become a mischief gremlin who wants to do stuff and start calling people just to say hi and send them GIFs and random meems.
I can't say I'm afraid of having surgeries, just afraid of having people not believe me, when I say it's my head, and I need to see a doctor.
My volume was up and the intro scared me at first, but my GOSH! that was actually angelic! Loved the high note!❤
So proud of you that you can openly discuss this in order to spread awareness. Much love
Jay deserves more, just look at the amazing job he did with the rock song editing in the beginning. We appreciate you Jay!
