Is Ohana a must-do for you?
NO
I love Ohana, and it really is a “must do” on my list, just because EVERYTHING is tasty!
I felt that it was a bit better the first time I went. I’m not sure if it’s different or I’m different. But I still enjoyed the meal.
I’m so glad you mentioned about the chicken tenders. That was the one thing I was worried about eating there! We have a picky eater too

We went to ohana for dinner on our most recent trip. We loved the noodles, pot stickers, and wings a lot. The meats were good but
Not as delicious as that first course. Next time we would just go to the lounge and order noodles, pot stickers, and wings. Cheaper and only all the delicious parts! We loved rhe bread pudding too 😊

I can't remember if I liked the pineapple bread pudding or the banana bread pudding more. I have to do a side by side taste test.
Only did brunch there in Aug. Disney’s allergy policy is a little weird to me and Ohana was the strongest example - rather than accommodate a specific allergy/sensitivity, they basically roll them all into one - so we ended up with gluten, dairy and egg free bread and waffles, that weren’t great. The ham and potatoes were good.
It seems that it would be better to offer specific options for dietary/allergy needs. We have people in our family who have Celiac disease (although they weren't with us on this trip), so we're familiar with how limiting some of the menus can become. I wish they offered more choices in that area.
Hi! I went last year and they replaced their signature bread with Hawaiian rolls but it looks like they've brought them back! They don't look the same as the ones in years past, do they still taste the same? Thank you for posting!
That's tough to say. We've dined there a couple of times before, and we have also ordered the in-room meal from Ohana a couple of times. But I didn't pay close attention to the bread, so I don't really remember. Thank you so much for watching!
Can you get more than one of the bread pudding?
That's a very good question. I don't know. We didn't ask.
I went and when the shrimp were set down before they hit the table they smelled like ashtray-they were taken back. The apps were great. The meat was overcooked. The bread pudding was good but not as good as Raglan Rd.

Wow, no plant based options on the menu? I did see at the bottom of the menu "plant based upon request" but that's kinda stinky.

We went once, I don’t get it, aweful.
I think the meal was better when we went a few years ago. I preferred the meat being brought to the tables on skewers rather than family-style, but we still had fun. For me the main attraction is definitely the atmosphere and vibe, not the food.
