So glad to see the scallops with gnocchi still made the new refurb menu, but sad to see the delicious swordfish not return. But this is a delicious restaurant that excels at seafood, and the service is always wonderful! And those views are lovely too - like you said, not quite the same as California Grill views, but a nice alternative.
Hey Demi! This looks like a great restaurant to try. The fact that they have Dark and Stormies is reason enough for me. I enjoyed many of those when I was in Bermuda. Any restaurant that can give you a geeat view of the fireworks is definitely a plus. And who doesn’t love the Electrical Water Pageant? It’s so stinkin’ cute!
Such a beautiful spot though Citrico's beats it by a mile for plant-based options. The highlight at Narcoosee's is the gnocchi appetizer...and the fireworks of course!
Best meal I ever had on property right before the refurb. After eating here, Flying Fish moved to my number 2. Also, they serve my favorite resort cocktails. Their sangria and the key lime martini are both to die for.
This might be an odd question but can you just order enchantments and sides? Like for your main course lol I just want shrimp and scallops with that risotto!
You can definitely do that, no problem! If you wanted to just order three rounds of dessert they’d let you lol, just be sure to let the server know that’s what you want.
Little bummed at the lack of a basic lobster tail that I could get a baked potato with butter and sour cream. My diet is so medically challenging, so most of the menu items I can't eat( absolutely no fruit, milk chocolate, tomatoes, heavy spices or alcohol. I also dont eat meat, so theres that😢
Never again...sorry. Why? Many years ago, we stayed at the Grand, as always, the Concierge Level; had reservations for four at Narcoossee's, and for fireworks. It was a special birthday. What a joke. When the fireworks began, people were crammed all around us AT OUR TABLE; outside it turned out was a porch on which crowds were standing. We could not see a damned thing- the press of people on us was frightening. We spoke to the Manager, and the GF manager that evening; the next morning they refunded our lousy dinner and were very apologetic. Our family at that time were twice-a-year WDW guests from the West Coast, always at Concierge Level at each resort. It was probably the worst meal ever. The restaurants at WDW back in the 80's until maybe 2005 were incredible. Now we will not even bother. Love your observations, however!!

I LOVE Citrico’s! It definitely has an edge.

Ah that sounds so good!!
Great blog Are you planning to do a blog on the French restaurant in Epcot?
It’s on my list! French food is my favorite!

I have no idea. Sorry!

I have not eaten here yet, but I would get that dessert if I go. Maybe the NY strip steak. I'm not a seafood person.
If you go let me know what you think!
Buen video
Thank you!

I’m so sorry. They could probably let you order that, but I would call Disney to find out!
I feel ya - not the best for vegans either!
I thought the vegan appetizer was so good tho!
Going in October 2024
Yay I hope you enjoy it!

I think they used to have tables on the porch. They removed them. There was a spot for everyone out there.
