    Ingredients for idli and dosa batter
    2 Cup rice
    1 cup white urad dal
    Wash perfectly, add water and soak for 5-6 hours, grind Smoothly add 1/2 tsp baking soda & 1/2 tsp salt, keep aside for fermentation for overnight.
    Next morning make idli, dosa, uttapam,
    Ingredients for Moong dal chilla
    1 cup soaked Moong dal overnight
    Next morning grind Smoothly into paste
    Add chopped onion, chilli, chopped coriander leaves, salt and some masala
    Make crispy chilla or stuffed chilla, you can also make idli, pakora or moonglet too.
    Make regular poha for breakfast.
    Ingredients for chutney
    1 cup chopped coconut
    1/2 Cup curd
    1/2 Cup peanuts
    4-5 green chilli
    Salt
    Grind Smoothly into paste
    Add tadka- 1 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp black mustard seeds, curry leaves, 3-4 red dry chilli 1 tsp chana dal .
