this is my first season being part of a team in the 2nd highes league of our country... I don't have as much experience and never stood on a court on this level. So far, my coach put me in 2 times to serve for our setpoint and both times my jump float went into the net. I actually have a pretty good serve and feel confident during training but when I get on a real game I get so nervous I can hear my heartbeat and I don't get to breathr as much. I really want to use these opportunities and show them my best me, but I'm having a hard time with trying to not get nervous during a game...😅 (even I know mistakes can happen and no one's gonna be mad at me for doing a mistake.)
I love your outro
bye👋
Also ignore what others think about you. Instead listen to their feedback and learn from it.
Nice vid🤩
Thanks

That´s normal😀 I was also nervous many times. You need to practise these situations and soon you start to believe more in yourself😉
