Would Sikhism be a good piece of outside evidence for a prompt about syncretism of Christian and indigenous beliefs in Latin America? I wasn't sure since outside evidence is supposed to be related back to the prompt, and although Sikhism is related to syncretism, it doesn't relate to Christianity and is not even in the same region or time period. Thank you!
Sikhism is syncretic for sure, but it wasn't in Latin America so that's a tricky question. Some times I think outside evidence outside the prompt's focus counts, but I'd rather find info that was within the period.

i need help with a LEQ i can’t figure out a good thesis Develop an argument that evaluates the extent to which European imperialism in Afro-Eurasia led to active resistance by indigenous societies during this period.
Start with what you know... What did Africans or Asians or any indigenous group DO in response to imperialism? If someone was going to take your land/home and stuff - what would you do? Fight is a solid response - but you need to state WHO fought. If someone was stealing my wallet, I might try to negotiate or I may just hand it over because they have a gun pointed at me. Now think through that lens while looking at what people did.
You're a great teacher. I just wish you'd keep your distaste for capitalism and other concepts to yourself. Capitalism can be great when it's done correctly and people are given the right incentives, opportunities and everyone prospers. What happened to objective teaching, a lot of personal opinions in these videos.
That's true I'm watching this to review for an upcoming test and while the information is good the personal opinions are unwelcome, yes obviously there will be opinions on things in history but it should be taught objectively. Some of the personal opinions also muck up some actual information like nationalism, its not the belief that your superior but the feeling of a united nation and while it can lead to beliefs such as that its by far not always the case and an injustice to the definition.
I watched black panther and the line killmonger states right before he dies reminds me of the middle passage and Atlantic slave trade, “Bury me in the ocean, with my ancestors that jumped from the ships, because they knew death was better than bondage.” Apparently that line was also written by Chadwick Boseman, RIP king 👑
This is not on the docket but I would focus on the Industrial Revolution for answers :) Good continuities - oppression, lack of women's rights, patriarchy.
