Some of you calling me a noob and cheap haven't even played critical mode final mix yet. Final Mix critical mode is a whole new game from English Proud mode. The purpose of this video is to help people, because a lot of people are going to get there asses handed to them. Spamming Limit form isn't as easy as it looks because they COUNTER ATTACK it! There's still some skill needed..it's not like I'm using something that instantly kills bosses in 1 hit(coughzanmatocough). It doesn't matter if you use Limit form, use the same move over and over, or block everything...whatever method you choose, YOU'RE STILL GOING TO BE USING THAT SAME METHOD OVER AND OVER AGAIN in the whole fight, so it's still spamming. I will remember your names and your comments. We are getting this game in the US in December. If you think you are SOO good, play critical mode and upload your OWN videos of you using a better and more interesting stragety to beat these guys. I know that using Limit form is the easy way out, but unless you can upload your own videos doing a better job, shut the hell up. And I don't want to hear any excuse about how you can't record...I don't give a fuck HOW you do it...you can have your friend record it on a fucking cell phone for all I care. Dude calm down, these guys are just haters who have nothing to do but hating on somebody else. Everyone has their own strengh and nobody is perfect in everything. Look at me, I suck so badly at every Final Fantasy game (I'm sure I'll be a god in Final Fantasy 15 XD ) but I'm good at games like Touhou or Kingdom Hearts series. I did the 100% critical mode at lvl 1 and I swear Terra was a pain in the ass, but he was still easy once you understand his pattern. You should just try until you win one day.
This is exactly how you beat a Kingdom Hearts Boss on higher difficulties. It's kinda like Dark Souls - everybody cheats and you have to find a way to cheat back.
Just beat all 13 in one night. Didn't have max stats (attack and magic at 68 each, defense at 74), but I managed thanks to this video and a couple others. Finally got that gold crown!

i luv the Organization XIII characters but their game the 358/2 Days just failed to impress me in almost anyway. Sqaure should do a reboot of the game on the next gen with the upcoming KH3.......instead of playing as Roxus most of the time we should be able to play as all the O13 members with their own missions, story lines & so on.

But I highly doubt it since comparing difficulties, Critical Mode looks as Hard as God of War's Titan difficulty in which I quit even during the 1st Boss Battle in which I died too many times that I actually broke my controller. But of course by writing this I practically jinxed myself (And maybe everyone else) and we may get a Critical Mode trophy. lol

I will say this video is helping me a lot with these fights. I don't want a professional who knows exactly what to do at a split second interval. I wanted someone who basically is an average player and what were the best strategies to get through them with the least amount of heart damage (no pun intended). The only exception I will say is probably the fight for Axel for me since I found it easier to loop him (because he spams the same "GET BACK!" move over and over and over and over and over....you get the idea (my tolerance was gone after the 20th juggle session with this guy >_>)) which allowed me to beat him without healing. High respect for helping me out with these fights since they are some of the most difficult boss fights I have encountered in any game right now. That's including some dark souls bosses.

Vexen is much easier if you use Final or Wisdom Form, Fire boost, Bond of Flame, and spam Firaga. Just like Demyx, he is weak to fire and takes massive damage from it. You'll need to revert before you reduce him to 5 and a half health bars though. He will automatically use his desperation move and be invincible at that time. Use a Limit (Knocksmash (if Goofy is still alive) or Comet (If Donald is alive)) to avoid this if you don't want to deal with the crap of attempting to dodge all of the things during this. Then, once it is over, return to your form, and spam firaga until he dies. Bring a good amount of ethers and you'll be fine. :-)

Yeah, it applies to all. I've done some testing of my own and it doesn't seem to do any more damage after 80. Only extra damage I can get after 80 str/mag was the decisive pumpkin.
i just realized something about what makes this game kinda difficult unless youre used to it, you have your health bar, drive gauge, MP bar, reaction commands, command list, the enemies hp, the guages that appear like the data thing hes using right now, and still keep track of what youre doing as sora is running around all at the same time

Going to limit and other forms that quick and using potions at the right time not being under pressure is hard af to me haha. I always slip up and cast some spell and die. These fights are hard so however you beat them congrats

What's that material you got for a few of the fights, Lost Illusion? Also, that fight with Vexen reminds me of the Spellican fight in 3D, just too much going on in too small a space, with a camera equally as bad.
my strategy for luxord for getting the last circle at the end is to predict when to press when "X" appears and not circle and whenever i do, it goes to circle because of how fast it goes so it works for me
Wow you destroyed Marluxia, I had such a hard time fighting him for the first time when I found him in Beast's castle and you destroyed him completely with little to no effort in this video.

I love the fight against Demyx, DK. But here's two things I did that COULD make it a bit easier, but only at the cost of your MP bar. And maybe some Ethers... If not, a lot. 1. Use the limit, "Teamwork" when you are actually fighting Demyx. That move, as well as "Tornado", does a fair amount of damage. Maybe clear out a health bar or two (maybe more) if it continuously hits him. 2. You can also use Master form when fighting him. For me, I spammed Thunder. And at the finishing blow for the combo, I used Fire. I cannot tell you how much it helped me when I played it on my friend's PS3 (Yes, it was on Critical). The dancing water is tricky. However, I see that your strategy worked well and I was surprised it did. Man, to think I was a good player.. xD
im level 99 on proud mode. what are the stats that are required so i can survive them? i beat larxene and almost beat axel. someone told me i should get my stats on at least a 100 then they will be easy
During the Axel fight Sora and Axel both got hit multiple times with only 1% hp left and still survived. I've heard of second chance but I'm pretty sure it doesn't work like that.
Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix hasn't been released into America, until the announcement of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix. To be release worldwide sometime in 2014
I kind of hope when 2.5 comes out they get the English voice actors who played Zexion, Lexaeus, Marluxia, Vexen, and Larxene to reprise their roles. They can do battle quotes and stuff.

I'll be perfectly honest, these critical mode data battles have been kicking my ass. I'm at level 99 and so far I've managed to beat Luxord, Roxas, Marluxia, and Saix, but I haven't really farmed for Defense/Power Boosts yet. I think I'm gonna try to uber up my stats a bit before I try to beat the other 9. I should probably also do like you and get rid of the combo plus and air combo plus abilities, they're not helping me very much at this point.

NovaeZero ofcourse and lvl1 too trophy good luck on that kh1 on lvl1 is ridiculous you die with like2-4 hits maximum but kh2 is easier lvl1

I leave the game on overnight a lot because I use swap magic to play it. Sometimes it takes forever to get it to work.

During the Axel fight Sora and Axel both got hit multiple times with only 1% hp left and still survived. I've heard of second chance but I'm pretty sure it doesn't work like that.

I'll be perfectly honest, these critical mode data battles have been kicking my ass. I'm at level 99 and so far I've managed to beat Luxord, Roxas, Marluxia, and Saix, but I haven't really farmed for Defense/Power Boosts yet. I think I'm gonna try to uber up my stats a bit before I try to beat the other 9. I should probably also do like you and get rid of the combo plus and air combo plus abilities, they're not helping me very much at this point.
