Tactile Knife Co. Chupacabra Unboxing & First Impression

They engineered the sound into the opening of the knife, that click is on purpose. I personally like it.

It looks great, but I don’t know if it beats the magnucut Ritter Hogue for the price.

Well, I never handled a Ritter Hogue before. So I don't think I can say it's better than the Ritter Hogue. But on paper, the Ritter Hogue's magnacut steel is 61-63 HRC which is not as good as 63-64 HRC on the Chupacabra.

Does it survive a spine whack? I was curious if it had any blade play at all either?

I gently spine whacked it. It passed the test. No blade play at all.

That's great. I think a few have had it but mainly not a problem for most.

@@mattrc77 Yeah. Probably a small QC issue. The locking system is very strong. Very comparable to the Shark Lock.
