i just got one of these mainly to carry at work after I got scolded for carrying an Ultratech. It's quite nice. My pivot was way too tight out the box to reliably flick it, but a lil bit of remoil seems to have solved that

Just opened mine. My initial impressions are pretty positive overall. I'm not sure how I feel about the recurve in the belly, it wasn't as noticeable in the photos. It's subtle but noticeable at the same time. Subtle enough that I think I can live with it, and I generally do not care for recurve blades. I'm with you on the value proposition. Cpm magnacut, made in USA, edc sized, decent sheath, and under $250. I'm curious, what is that drop point you used?
