With how dynamic cutscenes are I decided to play in English to not miss anything looking at subs. I fully expected to sacrifice VA quality for that. Oh how wrong I was. English dub turned out amazing.

Wolf guy sounds nothing like Ayato. And btw Ayato is voiced by the same guy who plays Gara in Naruto or Zura in Gintama (so you can compare easily)
You're right, the wolf Character is Voiced by Ayato's KR VA while Neko is voiced by Noelle/Keqing's
