nope. miss Venezuela gave the best answer. She answered the question genuinely and sincere, she also answered the question from her heart. The other contestants answers are obviously scripted, it's like they memorized their answer.

If the 1st runner-ups , won Miss World 2011, Miss Universe 2012 and Miss Earth 2012 which were all from the Philippines, the Philippines winning streaks in Big 4 Crowns would be 8 years (2011-2018) instead of 6 years (2013-2018)...
If the Philippines' 1st runner-ups won the Miss International 2018, and Miss Earth 2023, the Philippines would have a total of 20 crowns in Big 4 as of December 2023 instead of 15....

Currently, the Philippines hold the top 3 in the powerhouse rank in the Big 4 pageants in the whole world. Just behind by Venezuela and USA.

That's not quite right. That year 2011 Venezuela was the winner and she did not speak in English. And in 2008, Russia won even though she gave her answer in Russian. There maybe other examples as well.
