@@dtengineering1Because he’s extremely busy maybe? 20+ races per year now, with almost nothing but promotional appearances along the way for any ‘spare’ time. This isn’t the 60s when you might only have 9 races, so loads of time to compete in a Lotus Cortina!
This along with the Top Gear ones of Ken Block James May and Ricky Carmicheal and the airplane. The Ken Block Matt Leblonc London Hoonicon are the best things they ever have made.
I believe its an original 1.6 litre aircooled Beetle engine enlarged to 2.1 litres but fitted with watercooled Subaru cylinderheads to make it 16 valve, then a big fat turbo

Honestly, you'd think the BBC could do better. I felt like I was gonna throw up.
