Pop Will Eat Itself were a staple diet in my life for a long time, the annual gig at the Brixton Academy I wish one of those gigs was filmed. The number of formats and designs they put out for a release. And people claimed they were a joke band. Bullshit, look at Clint Mansell now with the soundtracks he's done.....
Exactly. I saw 2 of the band members in local town last night David. There was a question and answer session and they signed some cds and a flyer. I set an audio recorder to capture the whole thing and will check it asap. If its worked I will post it up on hear for You Bro.
The vocal sharing in this band is so flawless that people started leaving when Clint went his own way. Ignoring the fact that his contributions are obvious, and Graham was all over it from Day 1.
I was a huge fan circa This is the Day/Cure for Sanity but never saw them live or any videos except maybe Karmadrone when it hit MTV, I always assumed Clint wrote everything and sang everything. Took me years to realize that wasn't the case. Or that this, my favorite song, is a Graham song.
Been looking for this video for more than 20 years.. (Remember seeing it once) bought the cd single (boiler house mix) this is far better than the album version (my opinion only) thank you so much for posting... Bringing back so many great memories 10/10
@@scooby1235 5 up-coming dates between now and the end of October....un-suitable venues for me but will be keeping my eyes "peeled". Fuzz also tours with Bentley Rhythm Ace, we saw them at Golden Lion Todmorden 18months ago and they were BRILLIANT.
I saw them at reading festival ,1991. I was tripping on acid and id never heard of them and they came on and it was the best part of the festival that year for me, saw them a few times after that too
Staffordshire’s finest. Never been to a bad gig. My crap degree was due to the poppies, stuffies and neds. No regrets.
I'm so used to her vocals I almost don't even recognize this version anymore.
Best live band...ever.
I still have got one of their T-shirt surviving!First band that lured me out of the deep mountains to catch them in Oslo supporting EMF, great night!
PWEI and EMF? Hell I would have traveled to Oslo from the states for that.
so great...120 Minutes back in the day...
Probably my favorite song of my high school years.
The ultimate music then and now its timeless
Just brilliant. The sheer speed of it. The layers of sound.
