South Korean composer and pianist, Yiruma, is renowned for his beautiful, ambient piano compositions. River Flows In You often features on lists of the most beautiful piano pieces of all time.
Yiruma's simple, arpeggio-based style works so well for harp and this is one of my favourites to play.
