A new Celtic song with a lot of Irish Jig influence, I wanted to make a "happy" Celtic song for a long time already. =) It started as a very simple happy tune but my inspiration for it was making it develop into this. I wanted to portray the positive energy that lies so deep within Celtic culture, a culture that truly celebrates life. And though many could see it as simple tunes there is something a lot deeper beneath those happy melodies, a kind of strength and pride that is very unique. =)
Composed and arranged 100% by myself as always, on keyboard.

Adrian von Ziegler you are one of my all time favorite composers/musicians. I often play your music in the background when I draw, paint or collage, or when I'm writing stories. Your music always gives me chills in the best possible way! And funnily enough it is Sunday today as well!

I want to live in a place where your happiness is measured not on how rich you are, not on how successful you are or how hard you work, where you don't go through excruciating things just to try to get into a good college or whatever.
I want to live in a land that is free, where you aren't bound by what society thinks of you but the fact that you are human. I want to live in a place that celebrates life, not education, money, and fame. Where our childhoods are not devoted to being worried about adulthood but just worrying about living in the moment. About being truly happy.
I've listened to this song during an heartbreak and whistled it during an operation. We are bonded now.
I find it hard to describe this song with mere words. The only things I know after listening to this is that I wish to serve the Queen of the Gaels.

i use to listen to this one 24/7 when i play games and allso now when i write my fantasy Irish fairy tales! this is my favorit song!
Many things strike me at once.. I can think of the festive air surrounding the kingdom, the beauty of everyday life and children milling about, having fun and screaming their throats raw with pure joy. I can see men in bars thumping each other on the back over bottles of rum, guffawing over jokes. I can also see shy young women chatting excitedly within themselves.. Banquets filled with exotic dishes and drinks brought from all over the kingdom and graceful dancers causing everyone to hold their breath in amazement.. Just like me while listening to your song :D.

Wow how I would love to have my own house in that town! Having different bands who's spread out in the city playing Adrians music, sitting near a big campfire with friends and drink, go hunting in the woods. Then once a week have a big feast/festival where people gather and just have a great time. Then if that doesn't sounds good enough you could always go out and over those mountains in search for an adventure then come back and tell all these stories. Just the thought makes me happy. If I can choose my life in heaven then this would be it for sure! A world where the whole world isn't discovered and everything beyond those mountains are unknown to you. Only thing you've heard are great stories that makes a kid stay up and wonder at night. Its not impossible to create a city like that but its allowed to dream right? Oh man how much I would love that... :)

Oh my God, that bit is the best bit of music I have ever heard! Reminds me of being in Wales and being nervous because of someone called Patrick (lets not go into that) because I used to listen to it and it helped my nerves but all the same I LOVE that bit :)

when i first read the title i thought it said "Queen of the Gales" (as in wind gales not Gaels the people) and i was imaging the figure in white/the Queen in white sailing through the air with a majestic pair of pure white wings and sending out currents of air from her fingertips and palms, just kinda dancing and swirling through and with the air and making the leaves dance and spin as she flew closer to the ground and the clouds shift and part as she flew high up into the sky before landing gracefully back on her castle terrace and folding up her wings as she turned around to stare at the beautiful land and sky she calls hers before heading back into the castle

That is the most amazing tune I ever heard. You call it simple but it actually brought a tear on my eyes. It's a perfect mix of happy tunes, the simple happy every one can take joy from, and the joy a queen has when she see her reign. It also include some bass tone, sadder but... oh my I'd write a poem about it.

I started listening to this song around the same time I discovered Megan Phelps-Roper's TED talk (subject: don't argue, talk). The talk and this piece of music made me feel so happy, and gave me a lot of peace in my heart. They're both perfect.

Your music is so amazing it made my dad dance to it. He told me it made him feel in touch with the Irish that was lost during his childhood to bullies saying you weren't Irish if you didn't like Irish potatoes.
Never gets annoying listening to it over and over again.
